They engage in little conversation so I never felt like a typical "wait and next" customer. The establishment is very clean and I never had to really wait any long times.

A patient of nearly a decade, I just tried to book a routine cleaning and said that I didn't need…read morean exam or x-ray. The former was not needed because I wanted an appointment as soon as possible and presumably not seeing a dentist could expedite scheduling; the latter was not needed because I am actively trying to become pregnant. The office told me that I would not be able to have a cleaning without an x-ray because "the law" requires that dental patients get x-rays at mandated intervals. I have researched all Florida statutes and regulations concerning dentistry: There is no such law. Apart from this lie, the office also informed me that pregnant women were fine to get x-rays which cause less radiation than "going outside." While I don't have data on that point, surely that cannot be the case. Moreover, it's worth mentioning that the one time I did have an issue, it could have been diagnosed with the x-ray Dr. Bailey performed. She, however, apparently didn't review the x-ray.

I must give a shoutout to Britney, the hygienist scheduler. She looked for availability to "fit" me in. And when nothing was available she said, I'll keep my eye on it and if something opens up I'll call you. She was true to her word. Britney called me the next day and offered me an appointment that same week. I was thrilled. I highly recommend this dental practice!

Sonia is very knowledgeable about skin care and offered me many suggestions for products at various price points. She gets it that not everyone can afford the expensive products, so she'll work with you to develop a regimen that includes some of the better over the counter products too. The facial itself is very relaxing and I love that she uses steam. If you're only going to pamper yourself, you'll be happy. More than a month later, I received a bill in the mail from their parent company for almost $150 with no explanation of services. I called their office to inquire and they're claiming this is the balance of what I owe for the massage. This would be the most expensive massage I've ever had and the lowest quality by far. Based on their questionable business practices, I will not be returning to Body Wisdom and plan to notify my insurance company of the poor service.

I had see BumbleBee Skincare and waxing on my way to and from work and just passed it thinking parking would be inconvenient. However, I made a hassle free appointment using the MindBOdy app and realized they have free parking around the corner. I was a little skeptical initially so I only booked an under arm appointment. When I entered the business, I was brightly greeted by their amazing front desk associate. She was kind and professional. I really miss that quality of care in customer service but had become accepting of it. This was a great change. I was also happy to feel taken care of by a very knowledgable professional. I happen to ask how long they've been in business and was not surprised to find out it was 19 years. You can really tell when a business care for their employees and their well being. I really wish I had started my waxing experience here. The wax or method they use is fast, effective and pretty much painless. I left happy and with a wonderful face scrub and was happy that I found a new home for waxing. It feels absolutely luxurious and spa like. I went home and booked a brazilian for the next day. The usual dread of certain areas that are usually very painful were unperceived by the conversation. My surprise at how efficient and fast my wax was left me beyond grateful and knowing I'd found a new go-to place. She gave me a prescription for a face cream and told me if it did not resolve my issue that I could call and either get a new prescription or come in again. As it turns out, the face cream she sent me worked its magic and I have been fine since. Will say this was probably the quickest visit to a dermatologist ever though. I was in and out faster than the speed of light.

AND THEN CHARGED ME $100 FOR IT????? On the contrary, staff is nice and communicative about appointments, however they WILL overcharge and upsell you. While I was waiting to be called the receptionist posted a preprinted sign stating the wait time is 1 hour. At approximately 12:20 p.m. my name was called and I entered the exam room. He was very nice and did a good examination. I left his office at 12:50. I arrived at 10:45 and 2 hours later I left the building. After talking to my friends that is the standard wait time, but sometimes the wait time is 3 hours. Dr. Soni is very nice and thorough, but I will never go back.
