These women think a lot of themselves and are "too good" to even talk to customers. I have even heard this from multiple people. On one occasion i took my 4 year old nephew so I could pick a new Vera and when I walked in I might have well have been holding satan. They glared at me the entire time and were so rude. I have probably gone there 5+ times without my nephew and had a terrible experience. They have missed numerous sales from me simply because they're too good to ask if I need help. If I ever go now it's to check out a Vera before I buy it online. I refuse to give them my money. Such a shame. The Evans city store women are so sweet.

I was shopping for a pirate shirt for my nephew's birthday. I didn't realize the Pirate stuff was in the back and no one cared if I looked lost. When the female and male finally came to the back, it wasn't for me.. When the female came back the second time, it was to ask the couple that just walked in if they were ok. The store was spacious and very well decorated and organized. I fell in love with some of their jewelry pieces... especially the ones from Aileen Lampman. Although, we were just window shopping, the girl was very nice and asked if we needed any help. I would love to return to spend some more time checking out their stuff. They have anything from candles to greeting cards, to jewelry to other novelty items.

This store is in a pretty busy outdoor shopping mall which includes some big stores like Old Navy as well as some restaurants (Streets of Cranberry). This store is your typical Hallmark Gold Crown store but they don't seem to have the chocolates that you can choose from like some of the stores in South Hills like the one in Canonsburg. Still this store has friendly staff and is kept well. It seems a little crowded in the store because it seems it's not as large as some of the other stores we visited lately.
