Now three months later, I am able to walk without a cane, go places and enjoy feeling like a normal human beinc. I felt so old. I no longer feel so old. I literally have a new lease on life. I was taught a series of exercises designed specifically for my problem of a degenerative disc in my lower back. After the exercises I woke a stationary bike. Received ultrasound treatments for the pain and tiny electrodes attached to my back for pain and stimulation. After these processes I stood on a machin that vibrated which broke up the lactic acid in my system, helping with balance and circulation. Dr. Ganesh and his staff are all very kind and professional guiding along the way, giving me exercises to do at home. They were concerned about my other health issues assuring that I was well in every aspect of my health. In other words they trated the whole person. There was never a long wait and changing dates and times were easy. I felt taken care of and educated on the way my body works. Th culture in the office is calm and peaceful with soft music playing in the background. My time there is something I look forward to. Despite my repeated concerns about lack of improvement on their testosterone therapy, their response was consistently poor. Promises of call-backs were seldom kept, and when I did get through, the only solution was to increase dosages or add new prescriptions, leading to more expensive lab tests - all billed to me. After spending over $4,000 without any noticeable benefit, I switched to a new provider. Remarkably, within just one month, my testosterone levels were optimized using a lower dosage than whatnew you had prescribed. When I called new you to politely discuss my experience and request a partial refund, I was assured a call back that never came. Upon following up, I was met with rudeness, misinformation, and ultimately, I was hung up on. I strongly advise anyone seeking testosterone therapy to avoid new you. Booking online: As soon as you book online via their website, you'll receive a phone call from someone confirming the appointment and asking if you have any questions. Cost of the treatment is not a question I would have thought to ask the person confirming my appointment. Check in: You fill out some paper work and sign a few documents. BTW, it took my bag an hour to drain. He checked on me a couple of times but only offered me a call button at the end of my treatment... to let him know when the bag was empty. I didn't realize how cold the fluids would be going into your body and of course that temperature is going to end up throughout your entire body. We ask them again and they told us these are the prices for what we got. We were not in a mood for argue with the staff. We paid and left.
