I have been taking my cat there 10 years and counting. Dr. Raley is absolutely wonderful! She's very thorough and doesn't try to push unnecessary procedures or products on you. She makes you a part of your pets treatment plan and takes the time to explain everything to you. The rest of the staff is very courteous, compassionate and friendly. I've had to call after hours a few times and they were very, very quick to return my call. The office is always squeaky clean as well as the exam rooms! I've never seen animal hair floating in the air or left with animal on my clothes. As long as this establishment remains open it will be the choice for my cat! read more

I will not be taking my animal here. I called as a new customer. The last was very rude. Wouldn't let me finish what I was saying. Seemed to have an attitude in general. I am a very happy up best person. I think they should have nicer reps answering the phone. Twenty years ago I was a struggling student and had my fur baby that needed medical attention. I couldn't afford medical care but had no choice. I took my baby to this facility. They took my baby from me cause I couldn't pay. Now twenty years later they are holding that against me and refusing to care for my sick baby who is currently very ill. What type of monsters do that? First off I would like to point out the validity of their only 5 star review on here. Misti M works for a social media promotional company called little dog social media, the review is generic and most likely fake and possibly paid for. My friend took her elderly cat to be checked at this vet and she was informed that the cat was diabetic and needed his blood sugar level controlled. She called the vet several times in order to get an idea of what the bill was going to be. She was informed that the insulin (vetsulin or something like that) would run her about $60. We get the bill by the end of the day and the vet charged $160 for prozinc and an overall bill of over $220 Prozinc is a much more potent damn near unusable on a regular basis insulin that could cause the cat to go hypoglycemic. I plan to argue this expense but expect to get no where with it as locals have informed me this place is crooked and expensive. We will be taking our business to north branch out by the prison from now on. read more

I would personally like to thank, a very special Doctor. She is an amazing veterinarian, a smile that would brighten your worst of days. Her attention to detail, compassion and understanding is second to none!! This Doctor along with her amazing co-workers saved our dachshunds life almost 3 years ago when I didn't think she able to be saved!!! I am Forever in your debt!! I will always remember this amazing Woman and Her staff who's names I know by heart but won't mention!! Trust me you know who you are!! I would high recommend this veterarian to anyone!! I arrived with my kitty five minutes prior to his appointment time and called the office to check in per protocol. I then waited for over an hour to be seen while other patients came and went with ease. Upon finally being seen, they tried to charge me an "emergency visit" charge because my cat was seen outside of regular business hours, which was completely their own fault. My sons dog had a vet appointment on Monday and the doctor took blood. Also asked for a urine and stole sample, in which I got and took up on Tuesday. My son called today Wednesday to find out the results. The receptionist said the doctor won't be back in until Monday and she couldn't give him the results. I understand that the receptionist couldn't or shouldn't give the results but ANOTHER doctor can't call with them. I'm sorry but I think that is terrible to have to wait a week to find out what is wrong with my son's dog. Meanwhile the poor dog is suffering while we wait for a doctor to come back to work.
