She's genuine and honest about expectations and reality of what procedures will and won't work for you as well as what you need to do after to ensure your service is going to work as it should. She takes her time and makes sure you are comfortable, answers questions where you can understand in "lay terms" but also she is clearly knowledgeable about the medical elements of laser etc. I've been 2x and both experiences have left me relaxed and feeling flaaaaat in the tummy. Very clean environment but not sterile and "medical" where it feels like you're at the doctor. I've also gone for botox and cannot begin to tell you that the practitioner is top tier. Again, sweet, honest, knowledgable. She has the lightest touch of any injector ive ever been to not one second of discomfort or tenderness during or after. And I am the exact level of "frozen" I wanted. She took her time and explained her theories on tox and listened to my questions and concerns after having seen many injectors over the years. The wood paddle hurt a little but she knows what she is doing! I definitely see some improvement with the procedure and wish the office wasn't so far from my home. Of course when that did nothing I reached out again and was deemed someone who just can't be pleased - the vibe I got from the photo attached - also never received more that day because the professional said to instead wait 2 months with nothing and try Dysport next time. I reluctantly agreed because I don't like giving my face that much time to wrinkle and I was already at a disadvantage but I assumed she wanted to right the problem. After the 2 months she said to wait I went to book and asked about - at the very least would there be a discount since it's clearly her idea to wait. And that would be a no. So I've wasted $544 that could've been used on my mother's memorial this week for nothing. Glad so many people are fans but I'll certainly not be back.
