I am leaving a review about their pickup and delivery laundry service. Kind, punctual and always goes above and beyond. I have a large bag picked up and dropped off clean every week. The fee you're charging and then locking up endless amounts of small change on cards for the people to carry around isn't worth the effort. As a business, make the change. Further more, every other machine is broken. Who ever your maintenance agreement is with, switch to a new vendor. You shouldn't have more than one or two machines down at a time. I counted 14 while I was. That's lost business and on a weekend. I hope you're fixing the machines properly any time they break. The place is really directly. The floors are filthy. I came first thing on a Saturday morning and you can tell no one cleaned this place in years, let alone the night before. There is cakes of dust and debris on the floor. I was worried to drop anything out of machine risking it would touch the floor and I'd have to rewash it. Take down all the cheap paper signs and redo the bulletin boards. Have coffee somewhere in the vending machines. Do a coat of fresh trim paint to clean up all the damage. Remove the broken machine chairs in the kid area. Make that your coffee bar.

She said they were closed but we can still come in and they would try to help us. Upon arriving we weighed our bags, we had two tickets. Maria asked us if we had directions on how we wanted to have our laundry washed. They also have 3 detergent scent options! Lavender was the best! Either way, we asked that it be ready by 11 and they were done by 10! Gotta say superb service! When we arrived they went above and beyond with handing our clothes, putting it in a laundry bag! Hanging clothes and also found my daughter's bangles and put them in a separate baggie. They folded kids clothes, adult clothes, and swim wear separate as well. Love the attention to detail.
