Today at 9.15am. I would give 0 stars if I could…read more This was the third time I drove to Suds only to leave without getting my car washed because their app and payment system would not work. I have $39 sitting in my account that I cannot use because their scanner keeps giving errors. The employee's solution was for me to pay again out of pocket. Why would I pay twice for the same service because your system is broken? Instead of taking ownership, he blamed Samsung phones and the app, even though he admitted this is something they've seen before. This isn't a one-time issue. I've already reported it, filled out their forms, and left my phone number after previous visits. Nobody ever called, and nothing was fixed. Today I was asked to fill out yet another form. My time is valuable. I shouldn't have to drive to the location, stand at a machine that doesn't work, and leave without a car wash because Suds can't maintain its own payment system. If your app and digital payment system are unreliable, don't offer them. At this point I'm asking for my money back so I can take my business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Suds until they fix their app, payment system, and customer service.
