This places isn't too bad. Machines are big. And when they dont steal your money, they work great. My biggest complaint is that when you mention it to the staff, they treat you as if you're making it up, or they act as though they dont understand you. It ends up costing a little more than it should, so bring more money with you, for sure. read more

I fluctuate between loving and hating this place. When the new owners took over, It showed a lot of improvements and the employees were friendly plus they opened at 5:00 am which was fantastic because I could get my laundry done before a lot of people came in. Then they changed their hours and started opening at 7:00 which fine except I asked an employee if they still opened at 5 since that what it was showing online and she said yes. But I adapted to the 7 am time because I still liked this place, they offer pay range and are close to home. However, they've now started locking all but one laundry cart up so it's a mad dash to grab it before anyone else and the last 2 times I was there, the employee didn't show up until almost 8:00. In fact, I watched her pull up at around 7:45 am the last time I was there and then drive away to go to Jack in the box. Would I recommend this place? No. Not if you're disabled or have a lot of laundry that requires a cart unless you come after 8 am. read more

I hate to write a bad review but they really need to fix this. They severely shrank two wool garments they we asked be dry cleaned. They arrived late so I'm assuming they were trying to stretch them to fix the mistake. We have emailed them and texted with photos and they will not respond. I'm honestly surprised as they had been so responsive before when we used their laundry service. Another note- we used them twice for laundry service and both times asked for the no sent detergent as our baby has bad eczema. The driver informed me they didn't even know they had to go to kirkland for a drop off. To make it seem like this is my problem is a testament to this business. It's there but most of the machines are inoperable, even though new, though they had larger capacity the place is filthy, disorganized and unfinished. The card readers and Apple Pay weren't working. The operator only permitted some people to use the restroom, who were rather pale of complexion, while leaving the darker skinned clientele doing the peepee dance. The app wouldn't connect to any of the machines to dry, so had to find quarters and cross our fingers, and now I have $10 in an app that I won't likely use. Staff was no help and didn't enforce mask mandates. The washers worked well and dryer dried. read more

First and last visit, it's dirty, some of the machines are very old and oh yeah it's $7.50 for a heavy wash??? WTF I have never used a laundromat before but I did google prices just to get an idea $1.50 - $4.00 was the average in the area this location was the closest to me so I came here. I need this place for is my king size comforter only. But I still think $7.50 is too much for a 22 minute wash. I'll find a different place next time. It was also just me and a weird homeless looking couple that took up the entire and only bench where people can wait.. I did not see them do any laundry, there is also an older gentleman on the phone trying to get assistance over the phone because he is having a problem with one of the machines looks like this place is a joke.. This location is actually the Lavender Laundromat even though it was previously called Pacific Laundromat. The 2 brand new washing machines are right as you go in the door. They are huge! $7 for one wash but you can fit tons of clothes in them. There are four brand new dryers directly left of the new washers. It costs 25 cents for 5 minutes. There is no way to over dry your clothes as the dryers are also amazing. I chatted for a while with the new owner and she and her partner's are updating the location a little at a time. The older, normal size washers have definitely seen better days. read more

It's an okay laundromat. Close to my apartment and the staff was nice but half the machines were out of order. Place was kind of dirty. There are better laundromats to go to nearby. This place is conveniently located and affordable tho so if you do need something close by then it's not a bad choice! I just prefer somewhere else read more

I used their pickup and delivery service for two expensive comforters. They were done in a timely manner, and were on time. HOWEVER, on one of the blankets, they did not follow the washing direction on the tag, nor the ones I put in the notes. They required cold wash/low tumble dry. The most expensive one was damaged to where it felt like melted, matted old carpet in large areas of the blanket. I contacted them via messenger, where I had initially made inquiries. I was asked for my receipt, which I sent, told them replacement cost (which is now more than I paid for it because I got it on sale) & they said they would refund what I paid them for the service and would have to send a physical check for the rest by the end of the week. This was on Oct 25th. I made sure they had my correct address, they said yes it is in the system. After a week and a half-ish I had not received any check so I reached back out. Got no reply, so I messaged again that night "hello?", and the response was he had been busy and hadn't had a chance to get the check out but would do so ASAP. That was Nov 8th. On the 17th I reached out yet again, because I still had not received anything, and they have been ignoring me. NO response since Nov 8th, and no check. I have reached out 4 times total since the 8th, no reply. Contacting the Better Business Bureau to start with. read more

I've been going to this laundry mat for about 9 years when a Korean couple owned it. Ever since the new owner took over, this place has really gone downhill. Machines are out of order with no one around who seems to know how to fix them. As least the Korean couple kept up on the maintenance of the machines.
