I placed an order for hand sanitizer on March 15th. At that time there was nothing on the website saying that they weren't taking new orders. I got an email that my order was received, and they took the payment from my account. After 1 week, I emailed to check the order, no response. I called them a week after that, again, just to check on order status and if the order was not going to be filled, I would like a refund. Their answering machine message says their online store is open and they are checking and returning calls multiple times a day. I've called 2 times now (3/27 and 4/3) and haven't gotten a call back. I also tried reaching out to their Facebook page and they haven't even read the message. I don't want to leave a bad review, and I don't want anything free, I am asking for Some sort of reply to me and either the product I ordered or my money refunded. Please Lavender Ranch, make things right. I also my job purchased from you and is experiencing the same thing (no product, lack of response etc.) please return emails or calls and or send the product or refund people! read more

We drove all the way out here to go to the farm and it was closed with a big note on the door even after we looked it up online and online it said that it was open so we are very discouraged and were unable to actually go inside but we looked in the window and it looks like it would be a neat place to shop around but it's probably a good thing they were closed I would've spent way too much money here read more

I ordered one small bottle of lavender oil to the tune of around 25 dollars with shipping and handling. I've left messages with no return call. They say they check their messages but I've not gotten a call. My husband needs this oil for his diabetic sore and now I'm going to have to order off Amazon. Last time I order from them. read more

I'm so disappointed! On November 12 I ordered some lavender. They accepted my $26, and I have still not received it six weeks later. I have emailed them three times and called and left Two messages. I offered to drive down and pick it up, still nothing. I've submitted it for review to Pay Pal, so I'm hoping I'll at least get my money back. I'd say don't chance ordering from them! read more

The Lavender Ranch is such a beautiful place, full of beautiful employees. A few weeks ago I went to the lavender farm to get some lavender for my wedding, and I was beyond pleased with my experience. The woman working that day went through the bundles of lavender with me, helped me find some lavender to make cupcakes with, and even gifted me with one their wonderful gift packages (the lotion and body wash is amazing). I was so pleased with my experience here, and will be coming back for some fun Christmas gifts. I am beyond thankful for the woman working that day, and the wonderful gifts she gave me to help my big day. Also! I bought 2 mid December hoping to get them by Christmas, and got an invoice that my order had been received. After the New Year it still had not been shipped, so I emailed and called several times. I am sorry to have to give a one star. They really don't deserve a one star. I have shopped here many times for myself and for gifts. I received the lavender lotion as a gift however I m not a fan of lavender but I do love the other scents. So I wanted to exchange my lavender lotion for the other scents and I wanted to purchase more but they do not accept returns or exchanges even though the bottle is still sealed. I am a loyal customer and I will not be purchasing from this company and I will let everyone know not to purchase from them too. Stopped by this place out of curiosity on our way back from Chico a couple of weeks ago. It is a charming little boutique filled with bath and body lavender gift sets, oils etc. Bought a set of laundry satchel & lavender oil. The bottle of oil seemed a little small to me; but I realized that the product is a lot more potent, pure and fragrant than any store brand I have ever bought. Oh Em Gee!!! This place is amazing! This place is a lavender lovers dream! I've passed his place countless times and finally decided to stop and look around. Definitely wasn't disappointed! I met this beautiful spirit named Tiffany. She was amazing. She answered every question I had, showed us around, offered ideas and helped out tremendously! They have several different scents. Number one, of course, is lavender. They also have a lavender and sweet orange, peppermint rosemary, and several others. All are absolutely amazing. Stop in and say hey. We have been wanting to see a lavender field for ages and were going to be passing right by Lavender Ranch on our drive up to Oregon. Their website said they do tours on Saturdays until 2pm and they had a store. We were excited to stop and visit so I called ahead at 11.40am on a Saturday to ensure we could come by, as we are driving in our RV. A girl answered the phone and I asked about the tours and visiting the farm - even just seeing the lavender fields WITHOUT a tour to take some photos, learn and buy some products... but I found it very difficult to get any information out of the girl at all.. she sounded very inexperienced, and quite honestly half asleep.. very vague and with long periods of silence on the call... I was confused, and became unsure if the place was even open to the public...? I ended up having to ask a very direct question "we will be driving right by in about 10 minutes...are you saying we should just keep driving?" Her reply "ummmm yeah". Alrighty then! Onward! Glad to see others have had a nice visit there, it's a shame we couldn't have a similar experience... from the call, we felt very unwelcome. read more
