I need to know where they are at all times. She claimed, after the fact, that I should have been driving a fair distance every other day to check on them. This was not part of our original deal. Besides, Patty OWNS A GOAT FARM AND SHOULD KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF GOATS! Patty advertises herself as a goat farmer, but she doesn't even have any of her own goats! This woman and her farm are a run-down fake. Patty is quite elderly and suffers from severe memory loss. She is not even able to walk into her pastures due to physical issues. Don't go there. You will be disappointed in the lack of authenticity. This goat farm is a definite has-been and suffers from deferred maintenance, an owner who can't remember anything, and junk strewn everywhere.

He generously offered us everything from gardening gloves, to pruners & gave us some great tips on how to best cut the flowers growing on his farm. The property and gardens are so immaculate and well tended to, it simply a joy to be surrounded by such natural beauty. Our one hour on the farm flew by so quickly but we enjoyed every second we were there, despite the scorching heat wave that was sweeping through wine country that weekend. It is a stunning location to take photographs and the flowers we brought home with us lasted a really long time! We look forward to returning to this beautiful farm in the near future. Tickets for the lavender bloom are seasonal and opening dates can vary based on the timing of the bloom each year. They do a great job of posting their bloom updates and open hours. Buy entry tickets in advance and be ready to show them on your phone. On the day I visited, they had a local coffee vendor who was serving lavender infused products and some local makers on site. The farm is not far from the Sacramento and Folsom areas and you can spend the day visiting other local growers or businesses not too far away. What I really enjoyed about the farm were their strategically placed benches and lawns. You can sit in the shade and enjoy the fields from afar after taking time to walk directly through them. Photo ops abound! There's also a farm barn with their wonderful products such as lotions, soaps and culinary items made from their own lavender. If you missed their opening in 2024, be sure to check them out in next year's bloom. Such a pretty and peaceful place!

AFTER I asked my girlfriend if she was alright. No "was anything damaged?" or "Can I get you a towell, or at least replace your drinks?" No, they just took the umbrellas away in a golf cart. Anne was so warm, very patient with my daughter and her one thousand questions about farm life and she introduced us to all the beautiful horses and ponies by name! On our way home, my daughter kept saying their names and how she wants to take riding lessons with one of the ponies. He has impressed me with his kind hearted Ness for everyone who visits his farm. I did not know Brandon at all until we started working together a year and a half ago. We have a crew of young men and they try very hard to get things done. We replaced the roof on the main house and helped get the kitchen refurbished in the small pickle kitchen. We installed a heat pump and the list goes on. I got to spend lots of time with Brandon and his family. I really appreciate the kind nature of him and his family. They treat everyone so very kind and are always happy to see people who stop by . I just wanted to say thank you Brandon for always being patient with my crew and I.
