When we got there, one lady was setting us up and the second lady seemed upset that we wanted to keep the massages together instead of wife getting facial first while I start a massage. A third boss lady walked in, strictly told the ladies in their language something and they snapped to attention. The boss lady then said, right this way to your 1.5 hour couples massage. While walking in she talked me into buying an extra hour massage for my feet while they do wife's facial afterwards. I wanted the day to go smooth so I just accepted. I had planned to go shopping during her extra hour. The massages were excellent from both ladies, absolutely nothing to complain about and we were both in heaven afterwards. We go upstairs to start the facial and do my extra hour of massage. The lady (did my second hour) and boss lady (did my wife's facial) BOTH did amazing work and we loved every minute. On the way out, after increasing my spend there from $300 to $405 I tipped each lady $20 cash ($60) which I based as 20% off my original $300 bill (not the extra $105 added on for the hour I was forced into) the main lady says "only $60 for three workers". I gave her another $20! Overall a very great time, just not cool to downplay a 20% tip after dropping $405. The massage was A+, the atmosphere was an A, and the facial was an A+. We will return.

I told them regular multiple times and they tried to up charge me for deep tissue after I specifically said no I don't want deep tissue multiple times. They also have shorted me 5-10 minutes from the massage time every time I've been recently. I kept going thinking it would get better and maybe it was a rough patch but it hasn't. Pretty disappointed. To top it off they griped about a 30% tip even with the issue above - mind blowing. I guess it's time to find another company.
