Unfortunately they must have lost their good therapists. The last few times I went there they didn't listen when I asked them to stop multiple times because they were just hitting the bone with their elbow or told them they were using too much pressure. I told them regular multiple times and they tried to up charge me for deep tissue after I specifically said no I don't want deep tissue multiple times. They also have shorted me 5-10 minutes from the massage time every time I've been recently. I kept going thinking it would get better and maybe it was a rough patch but it hasn't. Pretty disappointed. To top it off they griped about a 30% tip even with the issue above - mind blowing. I guess it's time to find another company. read more

The Swedish massage had enough pressure for me since I am a petite female. If you are more muscular or have extremely deep knots then the deep tissue ashiatsu will have extra pressure to resolve your pain. There was a slight language barrier but they speak English well enough-- just be understanding and patient. I asked for a pillow to lay on for my chest & it just took the masseuse a minute or so before she understood my request. I enjoyed the instrumental background & Chinese music. I wasn't sure where to put my things when I went in the room, it would be nice if they could have a designated basket or point or which shelf was okay to set my things. We tipped 25-30%. Would have given zero stars if I could. I should have checked the reviews before coming but was in the area and thought a massage sounded nice. They were able to get me right in, which should have been clue number one. Another gentleman walked in shortly after me at 12:02pm for his 12pm appointment only to be told that he was late and would have to come back in 20 minutes. I gave him a look of sorrow and was escorted back to the room. The sheets seemed clean but when I went to lay my head in the holder, it looked stained and dirty. I had opted in for a full body massage and always look forward to the legs and foot massage which I've always found is normally included. I wasn't asked if I had any problem areas or if I wanted her to focus on any body part in particular. The firmness was great but I felt she was so aggressive and did not feel relaxed at all as she shook me multiple times through the massage. I agree with the other reviews that the sheet came down more than I was comfortable with and each time I tried to pull it back up, it just got moved down again. She coughed multiple times without covering her mouth, left the room multiple times, and would have full blown conversations with other therapists as we were in our session. When we finished, I asked if my feet were included in a full body massage and she said no, which I've never been told before. There is no awareness to customer comfort or preference and I can see why there was no wait when I arrived. I was also overcharged by $5 and then was scrutinized for my 15% tip (which I felt was overtly generous to begin with). I wasn't pleased with my massage at all and explained that a tip is my choice, only to be met with argument stating it needed to be 20%. I told her I wasn't happy with the service and she grumbled things under her breath as I walked out. Avoid at all cost unless customer service isn't something you value. PS the bars on the ceiling were super weird and I'm not a fan of someone climbing on top of the table and on top of me to get more leverage. I was kinda skeptic on trying this place. Especially from what I read in some of the reviews. I got a deep tissue massage that was amazing. Yes, it hurt but the masseuse worked all the knots and kinks in my back. It had to be one of the best massages I have ever gotten. The only down side, which I noticed that others complained about was how they basically told me that all customers give 20% tip. I thought 15% was good but when I tipped her is when she told me that they get 20%. Did she deserve 20%? Yes, but it's not good customer service asking for more. WillI be back? Do not ever try to use a Groupon here. There is no time limit specified in the fine print terms and conditions, but when we attempted to redeem the three Groupons that we bought, the owner gave us a hard time, claiming they can only be used once every 90 days, which is not stated in the terms and conditions. I pointed out that one of the Groupons would expire before the 90 days, and the male employee behind the counter said no problem, we will honor it, just call 321-914-2820 after 90 days, which he even wrote down on my Groupon. When I attempted to book an appointment, the owner rejected the Groupon and ignored what her employee told me after he consulted the owner on the phone. The owner then attempted to charge me an additional $13. What a dishonest business person in my opinion. The massages were good, but the owner should not be in business. read more

My best friend and I had made an appointment today to get a duo massage. The ambiance was really nice however you're not left with many places to put your items. We sat down and got 1 hour and they where pretty good only complaint is they don't really care that your naked they lifted the sheet fully up several times and it made me feel a bit uncomfortable but the pressure and method of my massage was great but bedside manner could have been better. When I went to pay the lady at the counter with a green bob was arguing with me about my tip (I had opted to give a $6 tip since I didn't feel bedside manner was up to par) I stated that tipping is optional and I could choose to leave nothing and that she gets paid the bulk cost of the massage, where as me being a Restutant server I get less then $7 an hour and rely on the tips to pay my bills. I even asked if my massage therapist got the bulk of the $57 and the lady said "yes she does" BUT STILL continued to argue with me and be rude by saying "whatever whatever" I gave in and gave an $8 tip. My friend stood up for me (thank you bestie) and stated that you can't talk that way to customers and gave a $5 tip. I can't believe the rudeness and attitude we received when We spent $130!!!!! So dissatisfied with the attitude at the front desk and because of it I will NOT be back! I was going to call in a few weeks to schedule another one but NOPE. I feel bad for our masseuses because she's being punished for the actions of the coworker. As a server tonight I worked 4.5 hours to afford my 1 hour massage. read more
