The next day I complained to the main office and they said they the price should be $359 and they would talk to the tech who gave me a way to high of a price. In the end I still ended up paying a high price of $359 for a half hours work, in which I supplied most of the materials. They charged me $310 for a half hours work. Gave me a $31 senior discount. And charge me $80.57 for material which they would not break down. They told me it was the cost if the waste and overflow plastic kit, which I looked up a similar kit for $21 on Amazon. Cascio were able to send someone out within a few days of my initial call and then return a couple days later to do the repair work we needed. Josh was the plumber that completed our work, and we found him to be knowledgeable regarding his craft and respectful of our property. He gave options (where a previous plumber had given none); worked efficiently and cleanly; left the spaces he worked in clean; and made several appropriate recommendations for our new home (such as automatic shutoff for the washer in the basement).
