Without getting too personal, about 5 years ago I went through some things that took a toll on my mental health and body. I've always struggled with acne, but one of the symptoms of my recent trauma was getting the worst and most severe acne I've ever had in life, even though I was in my late 20s. Today was my first day of microneedling because I have pores, blackhead, and dull skin I am trying to minimize and refresh! I didn't really know what to expect but after seeing Nancy's special on microneedling, I thought let's try it out! I am so glad I did. Immediately upon walking into her cute and tranquil studio, she greeted me and made me feel at ease bc I was visibly nervous. She had me lay down in her chair as she put on numbing gel all over... Then the tiny needle treatment began. At first it was prickly but 5 minutes into it I was hooked. It actually felt relaxing. Highly recommend Nancy! I came in for a lip flip because I wanted to fix the asymmetry in my lips when I talked. One side of my upper lip would lift more than the other and would make it look like I was talking out of one side of my mouth. Nancy took the time to carefully examine my face when I talked, when I smiled, when I was still, and recommended instead to inject a tiny area above my lip near my nostril on that problem side instead. She took the time to ask me questions and listen to my concerns and my desired results. You can tell she cares about her patients and has tons of knowledge and experience! I absolutely love my results! I have never done any microneedling or fillers before. I was fortunate enough to to win a giveaway for lip fillers back in january/February 2022. I was both excited and scared because I hate needles. Nancy helped calm my nerves and explained everything before she did it. I loved the results. After going to Nancy for a year, I finally got the chance to write her a review. I have been getting fillers and Botox for preventative for 6/7 years now, and have had my share of good and bad and in between injectors. For that I think I can speak when I found Nancy as an injector and she is awesome! She have treated me with Botox and dysport and microneedling (with skinPen, I love that thing!). I noticed Nancy was very patient and caring about pre and post service, not to mention professional, knowledgeable and caring! It was my first time getting Botox, and I was a little nervous. Nancy was so nice and explained how things work. She made sure I was comfortable and suggested I start off slow to make sure I liked the results. Needless to say, I loved the results and went back to add some plump to my lips! I also had lots of questions about that process and she gave me a forewarning that injections in your lips are more sensitive. She checked in with me to make sure I was doing ok during the process. She also asked me to come back for a follow up to make sure everything settled properly and add more if I wanted. My MIL was visiting from out of town and she had asked me if I knew where she could go for some Botox. We made an appointment for Lavish Beauty as we had been referred to Nancy. My MIL had received Botox before a very long time ago so she knew that she wanted it for her forehead and crows feet. Nancy did a consultation with her before by asking questions about her health and any medication she may be on to make sure it didn't react to the botox. I never would have thought that the 2 could correlate with each other. My MIL also wanted fillers, but Nancy recommended against it as my MIL was flying out within the next several days and the pressure from being up in the air could cause complications. Nancy was very careful with my MIL and made sure she asked all the right questions. After the Botox was injected, my MIL wanted even more! Nancy was careful in not having her go overboard and suggested she come in next time to do the rest and to see how the forehead and crows feet would make her feel. I thought that was great because you can tell Nancy cares more about her clients than making money. After my MIL was done, I decided to get a lip flip! I've never done anything like this before and was a little apprehensive, but Nancy put me at ease and talked me through it all.
