An aesthetician who clearly has no medical background and there is no medical director. Her place is cute. But because Sara is not educated beyond pushing buttons on her equipment, she is unable to determine if you can have any skin treatments without a doctor's note if you have any blip on your medical record. Her fear of getting sued, because she doesn't have deep knowledge to do the treatments she is performing resulted in her cancelling my appointment after I drove quite a way to get there. I had the same procedure 2 weeks prior in a med spa that had a proper medical director. I had an ID card verification. She had zero medical knowledge. Not good. My advice: don't go here. Spend the money and go to a med spa that has more knowledge and a medical director who is educated beyond pushing buttons. Cheap is cheap.
