Injector/owner seems to know her stuff. She's a walking billboard for her services, she looks great! However, to me services are priced on the high side. She's really kind, but her energy can be overstimulating. She ran behind both times I saw her. The last appointment/third time there, she was 35+ minutes late due to a foot injury... I was her first appointment for that day. I wasn't informed she wasn't even in the building and was running late, but only after I inquired about the delay with the front desk. I ended up leaving. Injector/owner did end up texting and calling me to apologize and offer a discount for my wait. I really did appreciate that, but decided to go elsewhere. read more

This used to be a decent place but it is going down hill fast. Ali is friendly and used to be a good injector but the last few times I went, my Botox was extremely uneven and I had to pay a fortune to get it fixed. Ali no showed to my last appointment. I received a text saying she would be 15 minutes late, but 40 minutes later I was still waiting while she was chatting. I asked for a refund since they 100% would have charged me a $150 cancellation fee ( as they did to another reviewer) and I had to go pay another injector $$ to fix the poor job that Ali did. As the previous reviews state, no one replied to, or even acknowledged my 3 refund requests. It seems they are having staffing issues, Ali has been chronically late to my last several appointments and they appear to be over scheduled and understaffed. They were not responsive at all to my concerns. When another girl sliced open my neck during microblading, she didn't even tell me, she just let me walk out with blood dripping down my neck which I didn't see until I got into my car. Their prices are MUCH higher than other businesses, and it used to be worth paying the extra. Sadly that is no longer the case, I would look elsewhere and ask for a refund if you are not seen within 15 minutes of your own appointment time. And be careful buying gift cards from them. It took me a long time to finally give in and start with Botox and filler but it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made! Their injectors Ali and Megan will give you options for treatment and tell you honestly if something isn't for you, which I absolutely love! I don't trust just anyone with my face and body but I trust Flawless 100%. Also Dani gives AH-MAZE-ING facials, literally the best I've ever had. Disappointed. I am not a basher and this is the 1st time in my 59 years of life to post here. However, I felt compelled to let others know about my poor customer service experience. The cancellation fee of $150.00 is promptly charged without letting me explain or speak to a manager. I was told to call back the next day (Saturday) as there was no manager there. I called the next day. I was told the managers were too busy to talk to me. I left my call back number and was told a manager would call me back by the end of the day. This did not happen. (Closed Sunday) Monday messaged on their website hoping to get a response. I did. However, it was only to tell me the owner was too busy with training to call until the end of the week. It has been 9 days. I wanted to support a small business and was referred here by a friend. I cannot support poor customer service and have chosen another med spa with more services, lower prices and a reasonable $25-$75.00 cancellation fee. read more
