They were very kind and let me know I was next. Lily ended up helping me, and she was amazing. She was so attentive and apologetic about the wait, even though it was really my own time crunch. She took her time and paid so much attention to detail with my nails. In the 20+ years I've been getting my nails done, this is honestly one of the few times I can truly say they came out perfect from the shape to the polish to the design.
