Came back an hour later n she still wasn't there. Lady said she was going to be another 20 min. Just felt not welcoming or friendly like we were bothering them. I waited 10 min then left. Paid $100 for a gel x set, didn't get the design I originally asked for, the gel x application was messy and there was no clean up so there's all the leftover build up under the nail, the tech cut my finger, over-filed my nail plate due to improper application the first time, removing the nails and redoing them. I guess there's a reason why they have their reviews turned off on google!! Don't waste your money here, you'll get a messy job done and have to go home and fix it yourself!! I got there and did not get to have Vanessa as my nail tech instead they gave me the new girl on the block which she was sweet and stuff but I find it very unprofessional to book with a nail tech and have the nail tech not do your nails because she had someone else nails she rather do. I really wanted to like this place. I was so sick of going to places that would cut me and were just so... Manufactural. I get my nails done all the time and just needed a fill so I thought it couldn't be that hard. The young lady who did my nails was nice and I really hoped she would do well. However, that was not the case. Which sucks cuz she was sweet. She was obviously not very experienced. She kept running over my skin with the electric file and she made my nails beyond thick; they are all shaped weird. I had to ask her to thin them because they were like thick blocks. After she thinned them a bit they still go from thick to thin and thin to thick in areas. She also put clear acrylic powder on a nail she fixed so it was different than all my other nails. I ended up paying $93 for work I could have gotten for way less and better quality at a local chain like Crown Royal Nails. Not worth it at all, don't waste your money... The owner replied to the post but clearly did not realize the that the cuticle of the acrylic raises higher than my finger itself. If they are all independent contractors then their prices should vary dependent on experience. Makes no sense to have to pay more when they are not "as good" as the other techs. Instead they have a blanket pricing system so you pay more no matter what or who you get. As a salon you want all of your customers to be leaving with the same experience. And if a customer is dissatisfied then as the owner or manager you should try to help them fix it. Not have the customer go back to the person they are saying is not very experienced. Unfortunately, the young tech was not able to fix it when I had asked her to several times while I was there at the salon so I know she couldn't because she didn't. As a business owner myself, I would say it's not good customer service at all. Don't go. read more

Stylist lack of knowledge when choosing colors or creativity to make a look 4. Stylists complaining about the unaffordable living costs while charging ridiculous prices for services 5. Cost of service- 48$ for a gel pedicure and NOT providing a 48$ service- crooked nails, no Massage, not listening to clients request. 6. Crooked manicures that arc at the tip and trimming nails to short. Gel mani pedi with zero art just plain polish should not cost 116$. read more

My appointment was at 3pm and i get there 10min before waiting in my car when suddenly i see her walking out of the salon & i caught her in the parking lot when she was about to leave thinking i wasn't going to make it. I was never late and she charged me a $50 late fee no where in her policies did she say anything about a late fee. Upon finishing my hair she charged me an extra $100 which i was not expecting since i paid online. My hair is short above my shoulders and i end up paying almost $300 for it. THESE ARE THICK TO ME " ... and yet NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER my thumb breaks . Why? Take a guess . TOO THIN . Her own nails were thicker than mine !! I don't get it . It's not hard doing what a CLIENT asks for if they are PAYING . But she was up till 4am that morning so that's the best excuse to mess up someone's holidays and play with their money . I watched her instagram for weeks and idk if the work is even hers cause the inconsistency is ridiculous! I had scheduled my fill with the nail tech for two weeks later. The day before my appointment I received a text late in the evening stating, "we are closed Monday's, you will have to reschedule." Not even 10 minutes later they called me to cancel because they received a walk in. The 1st girl I spoke with failed to mention that they don't do appointments over the phone only online or on their instagram. Which I understand why, they take deposits online. I would have done that if she just said. Wish I would have known from the start so I didn't look forward to that appointment instead of having time to call somewhere else. I just had my nails done today. I had raised hearts put on each of my ring fingers. She did not put a clear coat on top which caused the hearts to become discolored. I called back being that I'm leaving out of town on a flight early in the morning and I was at work I asked if I could come back after work at 5:30 or six to get them fixed. The owner handed the phone over to the nail technician that helped me this morning she said that she wouldn't be able to accommodate me because she had an appointment at home. If you looked on my last review I gave them a five star if I was able to I would give them zero stars for customer service. I have been loyal to them. I would think customer service would be the top priority. It's too bad that I won't be going back there anymore. I've never complained about the prices so you would think that they would really try to accommodate a loyal customer who has been paying without any complaints. read more
