I'm new to the area, but I've found my new favorite nails salon. The staff are very professional on the phone, easy to book an appointment, but the one thing that I am most pleased of is that they care for the safety and health of their clients. I am so happy to see that they enforced mask wearing on clients! I was very skeptical because I have been to different nail salons in the area and customers were not wearing masks and nor was it being enforced. During these times we should all be mindful to the people around us and do what we have to do to keep each of us safe and still be able to get pampered from time to time. My hats off to this great staff who still come to work everyday to make customers like me feel good about myself. I'm not one to leave reviews, let alone bad reviews but today I'm very angry. Not only did the nail drill completely sand off my cuticle in one area, but I worry it damaged my nail bed, my plate, and/or matrix. I am a licensed cosmetologist, I had to study nails in order to pass my state boards, I know that damage is irreversible. I have been bleeding a significant amount since it happened. Once the drill cut into my skin my technician tried applying a liquid styptic to stop the bleeding (which is fine that's what you're supposed to do) when that didn't work she applied NAIL GLUE into my cut and accidentally glued cotton into my cut. ( I had asked if she could clip my cuticles, and I believe she was trying to shave down my cuticle with the drill, which is an absolutely IMPROPER way to remove the cuticle.) My technician apologized and did clearly feel bad. I still paid full price for 2 pedicures and the SNS nail color, I did not ask for a discount or it to be taken off of the tab. I'm not one to cause a fuss but I really should have. This is not acceptable. My blood was infecting all of the tools and polishes being used as well. The service should have been stopped immediately when the cut happened. This is unsanitary and disappointing. This is my first nail salon visit since the reopening of salons, my nails were the healthiest they have been in a very long time, I will honestly be lucky if my thumb nail does not fall off/have a severe infection. I have since picked off the nail glue and cotton and applied disinfectant to my nail. There is a HUGE chunk of my skin missing, I am angry and still bleeding. I do not take any medications what so ever that cause me to bleed more than the average person. I left the nail salon at 2:48, the cut happened about 25 minutes prior to that, it is now 3:51 and I'm still bleeding. I'm just writing this as a warning, this can happen at any nail salon even your favorite one. Will not be visiting again. I've had 2 pedicures here & thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The salon is clean, luxurious & very modern. I like that they open up new, sterilized tools for each client. I'd like to know what people think about their nail services? Have people been happy with how their nails have turned out? I've only just started getting my nails done somewhere else & the technician is very gentle & does minimal drilling due to my sensitivity with my own thin nails, but this location is much more convenient. Terrible manicure I have cuticles and they were not cut off on my toes or hands. Then the nail polish on my fingers nails started to peel off after a day !! I have not done any dish or house work on vacation visiting my son for Mother's Day . They have terrible costumers service did not do the right thing and re do my polish . The first time the nail tech accidentally swiped my wet nail with her hand she tried to fix it but it was noticeable, I wasn't too bummed Bc it was an honest mistake. This time I somehow ended up with one nail with pink mixed in the white. I have no idea how this even happened and they are already chipped. Absolutely love this place! I had come in for the first time to get a full set and a pedicure! My full set came out amazing, the right shape, the right length, and the acrylic itself was smooth! My pedicure was absolutely to die for, I had gotten a classic pedicure and it felt like my feet were getting the love they deserved for 30 minutes!The massage was more than relaxing as well. I got gel and a pedicure done. The pedicure was great and was worth every penny. The manicure however..... it was bad. You could tell the guy was nervous and probably didn't know what he was doing. While in the salon I noticed that he didn't put a clear coat over the entire nail. It left a really noticeable like on my hand and I pointed it out and he told me "it makes your nails dry". I've been getting gel for years and I've NEVER heard this excuse. When I got in the car I noticed how sloppy and poorly shaped my nails were. My fingers were torn up and I ended up taking my gel off the next day. I went in the morning on a weekday and they were not busy so there was no reason to rush me out of the door. It was just lazy and poorly executed. It's really unfortunate because it's a great environment and was a great pedicure but because of the manicure I will not be returning. read more

Never again... Terrible experience. Came in for a full set. I am very easy to please, I only ask one thing for my nail tech not to do. When asked I got back talk and he did it anyways. Even prior to that the guy doing my nails was so rude. I am used to dealing with prejudice being that many salons are due to the difference in culture. But I was so ind and non confrontational with this young man. But he just continued to be rude. My nails have no paint on the sides and I can tell by the way he pained them and filed them I will have to get a fill elsewhere in a week or less. Oh well, the kindness in me tipped him and just left to never return. Customer service is half of the job. If his work backed it up, fine. But it definitely did not. Luckily there are plenty of other nail salons in the area that are a lot better quality and friendlier. My first time here and definitely my last. The best pedicure that I've ever gotten! I recently relocated here from Long Island, NY and was nervous about going to a new nail place. I seen this place in passing and it looked nice inside. It's adorable! The massage chairs are awesome and everything is clean. The nail color selection is phenomenal ... I got the honey and milk pedicure and it was on point sooooooooo worth it!!!! I truly recommend this place they are the best . Love Love LOVE this place! Prices are fair, especially for the quality of products used and services offered. Note: I only go for pedicures. I do not get manicures or acrylics/gel. However, I never hear any unhappy customers. It's been open less than a year but they really know their stuff and know customer service. The atmosphere is luxurious and relaxing. You they have the usual style of pedi seating and the option of a "bench" style along the other wall(see attached picture). Everything is gorgeous, the seating, the flooring, even the storage for their scrubs and lotions. A ton of options for everything from polish colors to scents for pedicures. So far I've tried the lavender, the milk and honey and the rose. Mm mm mmmh! Liked them all. To give a fair rating, I waited until I'd been 4 times to review here and the service has been consistently good. They always have a bunch of staff who stay busy-in a good way. I came here with my grandma with a gift receipt from Mother's Day. While checking out the gift receipt was not working and other workers were crowding around us looking at the paper with the gift receipt on it. The lady comes back and says that it's not working and snatches my grandmas debit card out of her hand and makes her pay again even tho we had the gift receipt. I have been coming to this salon for about 2 years and have typically been happy with my experience. However, the last two times when I got a dip manicure, the color did not look remotely close to the color on the sample nails. I informed the owner/ manager and he said it was due to the color of my nail bed and did not offer to rectify the situation. I always get the same colors so I know how they should look on my nail and this was not how they usually look. They need to replace their powders! I will never go back to this nail salon. I just attempted to have my nails done there, and got SNS (which I get all the time, and have never had an issue with). The nail tech did an awful job. They came out incredibly thick, and lumpy even after she filed them down. The color was the 'matching color' to a regular nail polish which I got on my toes, but it wasn't even close to the same color. Immediately after she started my nails I said I didn't like the color, but she kept going saying they would look better when it was done. I ended up having her soak it off completely (I have never done that before), because they looked so bad, and they still charged me a fee for the nail service. I expected to pay full price for the pedicure, which I did, but I can't believe they still charged for that horrible nail job. Just overall bad customer service. read more
