When I went back to talk about it and get an exchange, Alex went to get the "manager" whose name is Les and is the biggest piece of shit and thief. After I told him that the product was defective, he wouldn't exchange it because it's store policy. He then told me to talk to the other manager/owner by the name of Bruce but that he to will tell me the same thing which also makes him a piece of shit and thief. Rude customer service. Very rude. I felt like I was bothering him. Their items (vaporizer accesories) seemed very expensive compared to other shops. I bought an item and the guy didn't even say thank you, come back again, have a good day etc. It is a cool store and looks to have lots of inventory but I don't think the employees are doing this place any favors. It's a smoke shop, be friendly so people want to hang out and come back. I mean you work in retail; why bother if you're going to turn off your customers with a disagreeable attitude. I came in looking for a specific vape juice, they didn't carry it which whatever... but they said they would order for me 3-4 times now. They never call me even though they have my info. When I call to check in they tell me they will order it and blame it on the opposite person I talk to. I would have just ordered online. The customer service sucks and so does the juice selection. I would not recommend this place. I bought a Vape here to replace my old one. I asked for the exact same model; I even had it with me. When I took it home I found out it was completely different. The one they sold me was a total piece of shit-- plus way more expensive than my old one. A day later I go back into the shop and the owner was there. I told him the issues I was having with the vape they had just sold me. He started saying something about how he couldn't resell a used vape (talking about the one I had just bought from him). He didn't really care-- total shit customer service from the owner. Vape companies thrive on repeat business. legit the worst vape shop i've ever been to. they operate off FIFO inventory which means they sell you the oldest, stalest shit they have. and they make it final sale because they know you're gonna wanna return it i got a disposable vape (hyppe) and it literally tastes like the smell of a motel six. stale cigarettes and tons of bleach from trying to get the sex murder blood stains out of the carpet. then i got a CBD cart, it was leaking, burnt, and it was so old its almost crystallized? i couldn't use it because the wax had become so thick it wouldn't melt and evaporate. if you want a good vape shop that won't rip you off (most of the time) go to vape universe on miramar road. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would, walked in to buy a puff bar it immediately didn't work juice was coming out of the opposite end of the bar. Walked back in telling David "the manager" the issue he refused to believe that it wasn't working and said I could have just had an old one in the car and brought in.
