I had a bad experience at this Ulta location that I feel needs to be shared. I drove 30 minutes out…read moreof my way to exchange a foundation I had purchased at a different Ulta, only to be told by Carrie, blonde, fake lashes-every time she blinked, I thought she was sending morse code, fair skin but orange foundation (who I was shocked to find out is a manager) that the system showed it had already been exchanged. I calmly tried to understand what the issue might be, especially since this was clearly a mistake from another location, but Carrie couldn't have cared less. Instead of taking a moment to listen or help problem-solve, she continued greeting other customers around me, asking if they needed help while I stood there clearly needing assistance. Her attitude was dismissive and borderline passive-aggressive. Telling me I couldn't return the item anywhere felt like a complete brush-off, with zero attempt at empathy or resolution. Thankfully, I drove to the original store where I bought it, and within a minute, they found the issue, corrected it, and were relaxed and kind about the situation (they also ended up having the foundation stick I was looking for which was a bonus). The difference was night and day. That is what good customer service looks like. Carrie, on the other hand, should not be managing people if she can't manage basic respect and human decency. Edit: I just looked through the reviews on Google, and I'm clearly not the first person to deal with this woman and her rude, passive-aggressive attitude. There are multiple complaints about her being unprofessional and downright unpleasant. Whoever owns this Ulta or whoever is responsible for managing her, really needs to reevaluate her position. You're losing customers because of her. The fact that she still works there, despite so many negative reviews, honestly makes no sense.

I have been consistently coming here for awhile for eye brow threading and i am always really happy…read morewith that service. Last time i came the woman doing my eyebrows suggested i do a lash lift and tint. I made an appt for a later date to do so. It is absolutely horrendous. They are now fried and over processed. I have naturally long eye lashes. They look about half the length and are bent at like a 90° angle at my lash line then curl into my eye lid and my right side are bent sideways. Some of my lower lashes also got solution on them and look ridiculous and curled up. During the process i explained the perming solution was getting on my eye lid and she was pretty much gas lighting me telling me that wasn't possible because nothing was there. My eye lid is now scabbed because there was in fact solution there burning my skin. When it was over i immediately asked why my eyelashes looked this way in which i was told it was because they were wet and when they dried it would look better. They did not and i called up there to complain and ask for my money back. I was told because my eye lashes are so thick and heavy that's why that happened and to wait a week and she would try to fix them. I explained no one would be putting any more chemicals on my eye lashes there again and demanded a refund. She called back to tell me my full refund has been processed. Now here i am 3 and a half weeks later and they are no better. I also had to spend money on a solution to try to rehydrate my lashes from another lash tech and my eyelashes are falling out daily. I'm so embarrassed of how i look now. DO NOT DO A LASH LIFT HERE!!!!
