Eyebrow Services In the years of being service there hasn't been alot of issues with the Satisfaction of my brows online few throughout the years and you did address the issues along with stating the msg I have attached below so I wouldn't have any issues going forward so from this it's states it's your product if it was my brows the the proper from of providing excellent customer service would have been to correct the issue not a refund below is a copy of your response on the issue that took place prior before in March of 23. So at this point it's not my brows excellent customer service would have been well let's try a different service and maybe give this current service a break or whatever but me as a client should be able to voice my opinion if I see something's not right if I'm paying for a service so if you're going to be in the industry you're going to have to be able to handle it accordingly a couple Corrections for issues yes but if it's keep being brought to you your next resolution is just a refund a customer their money and discontinued Services is very unprofessional so you will continue to loose a lot of customers if you can't take their feedback and correct issues regardless if it's multiple times the problem is the inconsistency and not enough consistency in your services when you're performing the service on the client it should be the same each time I sit in your chair but it has not been it's been a few times where there's been issues and I've posted that below how does my brows look so different in two different pictures it's not my brows it's your product with that post you responded to me it shows what you did with your products just take the accountability. Top picture is what my brows look like from service on March 23rd 2024 unprofessional brow is larger than the other the bottom picture is when they were done correctly majority of my time of service there my brows already a hit but there were some misses at times and Saturday was a miss so I guess I had too many misses that I addressed with a concern and the last Miss was a form of a return of a payment. Picture with both brows which the most recent service look how one brow is wider and bigger than the other one you can see a patch of black or dark color in the middle of the brow like it's fading and this is all within 24 hours the second picture is from a service where my brows was perfectly done by Detroit brow amongst other times I haven't had an issue but it seems like if your client I suggest don't voice too many concerns because if you do your last voice of concern is going to result into a refund of your payment and the discontinuous of service

Before her, I had no idea lash extensions could be comfortable! The glue and lashes that she uses don't irritate or burn at all; which is what I used to experience. Mackenzie is very professional and her work is impeccable. I generally get fills every 2 weeks but I could go 3 weeks. The shop is nice. I love the private rooms with the reclining chairs as opposed to a table. Much more comfortable! They make it very easy to schedule appointments; I generally schedule with the receptionist as I am paying. But if I have to reschedule, you can do so in their app and it's no frills. I love it. My appointments are generally 45-60 minutes and I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my appointment to start.

They asked for any Pinterest images for reference, and I gave them a general idea and they went with it. They worked with me to ensure that I liked what they were doing and asked for constant feedback. On the day of the wedding, we had them come out to Saline. They arrived promptly and took little to no time to setup. They were amazingly fast but in a good way. They replicated with ease what we had come up with for my trial and worked with my bridesmaids, sister-in-law, and niece to give them what they wanted. We finished far and beyond ahead of schedule, and that was a fantastic feeling. It really helped in the flow of our day so we never felt rushed. Overall, we were all very happy with their services and would whoheartedly recommend them to anyone for their wedding services!

She was friendly but seemed more concerned with what she was doing than chatting which I appreciated. I'm not the type to be really chatty anyways so it was relaxing not to have to force conversation. Since it was a new style for me, I wasn't sure what I thought of it as she worked through it. At the end, she didn't hesitate to get a second opinion from the other stylists and they all worked together to make sure I was happy. To be honest, I wasn't thrilled when I left, but I have gotten SO MANY COMPLIMENTS on my hair over the past few days. My husband liked it too so that meant a lot to me. As I've gotten used to the style, I've come to appreciate the job she did and how it seems to look good no matter what I do with it. Kudos and thanks to Deanna!

Just got my nails done by Christine. Had an appointment for mani-pedi to get ready for vacation. I…read moredont get my nails done often because of the cost, upkeep, and the fact that I wear gloves all the time and therefore you can never see them, but for special occasions I like to splurge so I dont have to worry about breaking a nail. I had a fantastic experience. Christine is very friendly and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and was helpful in picking out colors and nail art. My appointment was at 10am, which is opening for them, and Christine was there, prepped and ready for me when I showed up 5-10 minutes early. She isn't overly aggressive when it comes to handling your sensitive cuticles and really wants to make sure you are 100% happy with your nails. My pedicure included a nice massage with homemade foot scrub (by the owner) and they also sell homemade cuticle oil. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Christine if you are in the area! Besides nail services, they also do massages and hair!
