If I can give 0 stars I would do that. I purchased two hookah bowls and they were so tiny for my hookah so I contacted them to see if they have it in bigger size to exchange and they told me that they only have one size and I said ok then I would like to return. They wouldn't send me return label and when I asked for it they said if they send me return label they will deduct it from my refund. And I agreed! I returned the two hookah bowls the next day which was in November 2022 and now it's February 2023 and I haven't received my money back. I've sent countless emails and massages and they do not respond. I've never see such a unprofessional business. AVOIDE THIS BUSINESS! read more

I ordered a very expensive Lavoo Hookah on Black Friday (Nov 25, 2022). It shipped 10 days later. I could follow my package with the USPS Tracking Number. On December 16, 2022, my package arrived to a Post Office in Glendale. It stayed there for one week, two weeks, three weeks, four weeks - and during that time I sent probably 7-8 e-mail asking Lavoo to investigate what's going on, I chatted with their customer service on their website, and all they said was 'we'll look into it'. Most mails weren't even replied to, and no one is picking up the phone when I call them. It's now been a full month, the package is still somewhere in a post office. No one from Lavoo has gotten back to me. When my patience ran out, I wrote them AGAIN asking I want my money back, surprise surprise - no one has even bothered to answer. Next week my lawyer will be calling them. I suggest you avoid putting yourself in this situation where you don't get your product, you don't get a reply to your emails, and then sure as hell don't want to give you your money back. I suggest you AVOID Lavoohookah.com and do business elsewhere, so you don't have to experience the same frustrations I've had for the past 6 weeks. read more

Amazing customer service. I have the MP1 and I have been clumsy numerous times by which I ended up with a cracked downstem/bowl, a downstem/bowl and the release valve..All these things have happened and the LaVoo employees has been there 110% of the way to help me out with replacement part as well as great tips and advice on how to get the most/best out of my LaVoo. I havent been over to there in a good minute due to the bakery incident which is located directly next door to them which makes me a little worried that they may have evacuated the shop as well. GREAT PLACE TO PURCHASE ANY AND ALL LaVoo Hookahs!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The customer service was the worst I had ever experienced, and it wasn't until my 3rd email (with no response) that I said I will be processing a chargeback that the package magically shipped. They have been extremely helpful whenever I've walked in... Always answering my questions and never trying to over sell something. The only complaint I have is there is literally never anyone at the store! It makes it very hard if I need to, say, pick up any replacement parts I might need right then and there... Even when I went to purchase my hookah i made a few trips all the way to Glendale and finally I caught one of the guys as they were leaving. Other than that I'm extremely happy with everything I've purchased so far and I'm constantly recommending Lavoo to anyone who likes mine. read more

Their products are top quality. But their extremely bad customer service makes me not want to have any business with them any more. I've ordered hookahs to be shipped to the overseas. When I've done it for the first time, I've had to call them so many times and write them so many letters in order to get my tracking number, but at least there was someone replying to my emails and phone calls once in every one thousand years! Before I've ordered my second hookah I've had some questions and I did get replies, but when I actually made the order the connection seems to have been absolutely lost. I've paid the money about 20 days ago and still haven't received any reply to one of the 7 emails I've written or more than a dozen of calls that I've tried to make! Now what? I don't know if they have even shipped out the hookah, and I don't know how to contact them to get my money back... They could've been a much more successful company had they invested some of their care to their loyal customers. read more

Very bad service. I finally receive my hookah just to see that the seller itself didn't even insulate it well enough and it didn't meet freight standards. Waste of 400 dollars and awful service with calling and asking about things. I bought a hose too and asked if i get to choose a color and he didn't reply and hung up... then i get my hookah its broken and i get an ugly plain white hose. p.s. i paid 30 for the hose. read more
