My son had visited the store before and requested that we go inside. Immediately we were greeted by Maggie who went out of her way to give us the history of the store and show us various products. She explained each product and how it was made. She was incredible. The amount of time she spent with us just to make sure we understood the quality of the product you make. We ended up buying two T-shirts not necessarily because we were looking to buy them but more because of the experience we had talking to her. To have that level of customer service and willingness to go out of your way is something not often visible today.

They talked us into re-dying the furniture because of the condition they were in. What a HUGE mistake. I should have stuck by my guns and just done the cleaning and conditioning. First off, they didn't dye the entire sofa, chair, and ottoman. On the sofa, they dyed the 2 arm rests and 3 seat cushions. They did not dye the 3 back cushions or the frame. On the chair, they dyed the 2 arm rests, the seat cushion and the back cushion. They didn't dye the frame. The ottoman wasn't dyed at all. The dye was similar in color to the original but there was a definite difference, which I guess should be expected. But to not dye the entirety of the set was a mistake. I've had mismatched furniture ever since. Another reviewer mentioned a "plastic" look to the dye. I can say this is absolutely true. It doesn't look like leather anymore but instead looks fake. The repaired rips are still holding strong but apparently whatever chemicals they used on the furniture, whether it be the cleaner, conditioner, or dye, is now eating away at my leather and there are rips and holes in places there weren't before. My sofa is completely ruined and looks like crap now. I'm either going to have to look into having the leather completely replaced or throw it out and get new furniture, neither of which will be cheap. I'm glad other reviewers have had good experiences but I honestly cannot say my results were anything other than disastrous.

Told her good luck if your puppy/cat chews on them. Fine, corporate doesn't feel the need to carry replacement laces but shouldn't the associates have some sort of idea of the lace sizes? I for one can never figure out the length and constantly buy the wrong size. Customer service should be more than ringing up your purchases. They already don't help with getting boxes down for you nor sizing. Will I be back? More than likely, I own quite the collection of Sketchers so mildly addicted. Do I expect more from the associates? The motor cover was coated with blook soot (it wiped off easily). I wiped soot off the motor and it was also under the motor. The machine looked the same as when I brought it in. I took pictures for proof. I called and complained and was told to bring it back. Why would I want to go back when such a poor job was done the first time?
