From the signing up process I spoke to the lead counsel of grace legal. He was very up front about what his roadmap and process for a dismissal would be. He has this very great portal that clients can use for case updates. He really eradicates the whole phone tag that occurs between clients and attorneys and that alone was five stars. After reading the firm's response to my review, I wanted to clarify my concerns. I fully understand why successful law firms have an organized intake process. I worked in a law firm myself, so I appreciate the important role intake staff play in gathering information and helping attorneys manage their caseloads. My concern was never that the firm has an intake process. Rather, it is that the process appears to give non-attorney staff significant discretion in determining whether a prospective client ever has the opportunity to speak directly with an attorney. Ironically, an attorney took the time to personally respond to my review to explain and defend the firm's procedures. That demonstrates that attorney involvement is possible when the firm believes something warrants its attention. My point is that prospective clients seeking legal representation should receive that same level of consideration before decisions about their cases are effectively made through the intake process. Every firm is free to structure its practice as it sees fit, and every prospective client is free to decide whether that approach meets their expectations. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this law firm in 2025. After paying $8,500, I expected professionalism, communication, and a clear strategy. Instead, I felt like they were only interested in getting paid. Once they received my payment, communication became almost nonexistent. They rarely checked in and would only reach out when something major happened. There was never an overall game plan or any real explanation of how they intended to handle my case. I was left hanging for long periods, wondering what was going on. Attorney Zino made multiple promises that were never fulfilled. As time went on, the firm seemed to go completely cold and gave the impression that they had no hope or confidence in my case. My first court appearance was also concerning. Matthew was on Zoom talking to the judge while apparently handling another case at the same time, which made me feel like my case did not have his full attention. For someone who had only been practicing law for about four or five years, I expected him to be more prepared and focused. In the end, I spent $8,500 and saw no meaningful results. My husband Called on 5/18 to get a consultation and was connected to Ceaser. After going over the matter of his case Ceaser pleaded my husband on hold to speak with the Attorneys and came back and said the firm will accept my husband case. Ceaser said it will be $7500 but due to my husband case being further along already he said the girl could offer an $1500 discount which would being it to $6k and we have to pay 3k upfront and the remainder $3k within 30 days. We agreed and asked if we can come in to pay and meet with the attorneys. Ceaser then states we wouldn't have to come in and sent my husband a text message with an routing and account number for CHASE bank saying we could deposit the money and once it's deposited they will send the contract. My husband told Ceaser it was short notice but he had court today 5/19 and Ceaser said since it was short notice that they would not be able to come today but will be there the next court date and for us to just tell the public defender that he was getting an Attorney. I told my husband that I didn't feel comfortable depositing money to an random account and since the court was literally 2 blocks from the court we could stop in and pay in person and see the Attorney or speak with someone on in the office. Mind you when looking online they have 2 address listed on Google they have an address listed as 145 s spring st and on their actual website they have an 811 Wilshire blvd address. We went to the 145 s spring street address and the entire experience was sketchy the guy at the front desk called up to them to let them know we were there and no answer he left several voicemails saying Hello we have some of your clients in the lobby. Then same random lady when I assume worked in the building random came down looking at us and started talking to him about sending an email all the while she kept looking at us. Then she she heads towards the elevator and why my husband is on the phone now calling Grace legal to tell them we are in the lobby wanting to make a payment, they are telling him to deposit the money into the Chase account and he's telling them he's not comfortable with that and would rather pay in person so he's able to meet someone from the firm and not just sending his money to an account. The person said well I can understand your uncomfortable so only thing I'm able to do is send the Attorney a message and have someone call you back to schedule something, my husband asked why would he need to be called back if he's in the lobby. That maybe someone could come down and meet with us and take the payment. The person said they'll send the message and have us called back. It all felt weird and uncomfortable. When leaving I told my husband that building didn't even look professional is was all ran down and even the security seemed off. I said looking online at the Wilshire address that seem more like and Attorney office. We decided to stop by there at it was literally 5 minutes away. We get there and ask for the suit the security guard there said they don't have a 7th floor. I showed him the address and he said we don't have that floor here but the company use to have an office here but they moved awhile ago. I asked him if he knew there current address as we spoke with someone yesterday and decided we are going to hire them but wanted to pay in person. He said well from him working there he's people come several times when that company was in that building looking to speak with the Attorney or make a payment or pay some kind of money and that the company always gave these people the run around. How he had to help someone that didn't speak English well come in talk to the Attorney and the Attorney wanted them to send $4k to an account. We decided that was enough clarification for us to pass. We were literally in there office moments before and no one would even come down and meet there soon to be new clients and now we go to the address listed on there website and get information that almost have you question if it's real or not. I told my husband it all felt uncomfortable to me and I'll rather us pass then lose our hard earned money. We walked back down Wilshire to or car and as we drove home Grace Legal called back and. The person in the phone said they were the owner, and was following up from the message received from when we stopped in at the 1st location. The owner sounded rude and seems upset or bothered that we had the nerve to question the legitimacy of the company. My husband told him that he was not comfortable putting thousands of dollars into an account without any communication in person no meet or greet and not even knowing where the office truly was, he explained to the Attorney that we just left court and stopped in as we was 2 blocks away literally parked right across the street from there building and it was better for us to pay in person then deposit money. read more

I'm not happy with grace legal group first off I thought we were getting Zino no they gave us Jordan who has a non chalant attitude about everything it's like he's not even there, very forgetful, and he doesn't have confidence in his speech. Key points in clients case were left out during preliminary hearing, i spoke with Jordan a few times after and asked why we should stay with them he couldn't even securely tell us why, very money hungry and seems like they want you to go to trial go get more money.i tried to give this company a try considering this look like a black law firm, i feel like they don't care about there clients and just want money. read more

1 Star - If I could give zero, I would. My experience with Grace Legal Group has been extremely disappointing and I feel like people deserve to know before they spend a single dollar here. In my opinion, this company charges an outrageous amount of money for very little work. After paying their high initial fees, they later asked for another $2,000 just to "continue" the case--even though nothing they originally promised was ever done. Honestly, the free lawyer provided to us at the beginning did more actual work than this firm ever did. From the start, the professionalism was completely missing. When we arrived for the first appointment, the staff was late and seemed unorganized. What really shocked me was hearing people in the office laughing and making fun of a client over the phone. On another occasion, one of the lawyers was on FaceTime with the judge before taking a call and was openly talking negatively about his own client with people around. I don't know the legalities of that, but it felt incredibly wrong, uncomfortable, and unprofessional--especially discussing someone else's case in front of us. Despite all the money they charge, they didn't negotiate anything, didn't make any progress, and didn't keep their promises. At the end of the day, you still have to show up in court with a lawyer who is supposed to be handling things but clearly isn't doing anything. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Grace Legal Group to anyone. I left feeling like my time was wasted, my money was taken, and my trust was completely violated. I am currently represented by Grace Legal Group and working with attorney Jordan Dixon-Hamilton on a DVRO case. It has now been more than six months since the temporary restraining order was issued, and the matter is still not resolved. I still feel very unclear about the direction of the case and wish there was more consistent communication. Law Firm - A very bad parking job - Criminal Defense Law Near Me - Glendale, California

Grace Legal Group is not it. I felt like no one was empathic nor had compassion to what we were going through. There's a difference between having a job and doing what you love, and in our particular case this was just there job. We've tried countless times to contact grace legal group and all we would get is the receptionist, and receptionist telling us "they are in court" or "dealing with a trail today". They promote communication is key right?, well for the record everyone; communication was NOT key. Our conversation was 5 mins before court, and 5 mins after just to tell us "this is your next court date". In the contract it says phase 1. We will meet with you from the day we are hired up to two weeks after the first court date. We had court Dec, Jan, and March. Grace legal group was hired in Dec we did not meet with Zino until March and that was on the fly because Zino was as in a rush, was very dismissive and disregarding of what we had to say and only pointing out the negative. Of course, we would want to hear the good and bad, but if we are telling Zino what could possibly happen and saying no thats not going to work, how about "we can try to explore those options". Be attentive, have grace- Grace Legal Group. I can go on and on and break down the contract. We hired grace legal group because all of the positives on social media, however you can't judge a book by its cover until you open it and read it, well we didn't like it, and mad at ourselves for buying it. Maybe it was our case it was so minor it was brushed off but let's treat everyone the same. I just wanted to come on this platform to tell everyone our experience to each its own but I wasn't pleased at all. If I could give a zero star review I would, the one star is still too generous for the horrific experience that I dealt with from Zino Osehobo at Grace Legal Group. I'm writing this to bring awareness so that another person in need doesn't get robbed of their hard working money. There are plenty of other lawyers out there that have actual morals and are professionals. Mr. Osehobo was hired by my partner in April 2022 who was incarcerated. The first problem my partner encountered was that Mr. Osehobo denied his request for a motion for bail. My partner had no priors, didn't even own a passport, etc so there was no reason for Mr. Osehobo to not at least attempt to get him bail, which my partners OWN federal judge had to tell Mr. Osehobo that it wasn't his decision to deny in the first place. Second, Mr. Osehobo abandoned my partner, after meeting with him once or twice he then wouldn't answer any of his calls/emails and would only agree to speak with me or arrange meetings with me. After him encouraging me to date countless times and asking me to bring him lunch one day which I was never compensated for I was done meeting with Mr. Osehobo in person. When asking Mr. Osehobo why he wouldn't speak with his client he would say he never got "anything" when we had all the proof of calls/emails, etc. Mr. Osehobo then stated he wouldn't go in person to see my partner because he wasnt being "paid" to do so, after countless arguments when he finally agreed to a visit he would show up in unappropiate attire and get denied access for "dress code" almost every single time. Mr. Osehobo was asked to resign on June 20, 2022 which Mr. Osehobo repeatedly denied, telling my partner that his judge wouldn't allow it. When I would call Mr. Osehobo and ask for updates Mr. Osehobo would lie repeatedly saying he was bringing in numerous people to review the case and evidence, although he didn't accept the discovery until August 10, 2022 which was almost 4 months later from first initially being hired. My partner had enough and then learned how to file the withdrawl motion himself so that he could go to court and have his judge remove Mr. Osehobo from his case and get appointed a new attorney which finally occurred on September 2022, almost 3 months later of first initially asking Mr. Osehobo to withdrawl. On the day of court to change counsel, Mr. Osehobo still didn't even show up and decided to video conference instead. The judge stated that he was not in proper attire AGAIN and that what he was doing was very unprofessional which the court has proof of also. Judge André Birotte Jr. then dismissed Mr. Osehobo from the case. I'm a hard working mother with two children and I spent every penny I had in my savings to hire Mr. Osehobo, which he refused to refund me ALL back. I have filed a complaint to the State Bar of California and he is currently under investigation. If you're looking for an attorney make sure you do PLENTY of research. read more

This was by far the most deceitful attorney that I've ever met thus far as looking for an attorney for myself and I was deceived by the title of the law firm this gentleman decided to take $2,500 for me from me for a case he could not defend nor was he qualified to even accept so now I'm facing trying to get my money returned to me from the bar because he couldn't even do a 10-day waiver in court he didn't know how to do anything so I fired him right after the first time I saw him in court and he did not return my money yet so I went to the bar I reported him he couldn't even he doesn't even know what a Marsden motion is he has no business taking cases he cannot defend he just took my money and ran with it just basically I mean and then we made a payment plan so thank God I did not give him more than that because he's not qualified and he told me that my my client is completely innocent and everyone knows it and then continue to try and manipulate the courtroom and I I would never ever recommend that law firm ever to anyone and my guy is still to this day sitting innocently incarcerated behind bars and corruption is at hand. Since this incident and my filing with the bar association I have actually encountered this gentleman again and he had the nerve to tell me that my client would not be in jail if he would have helped me I'll tell you right now that gentleman has no business taking cases of criminal severity he couldn't fight for anybody the guy couldn't do anything so for him to make such a comment was kind of insulting to me because he he's offering a services because he doesn't want to pay me my money back and that to me is just he should be charged double for doing that. he was not interested in being a defense attorney for anybody he was interested in having friends and making friends with and joining the the circus that's going on in our courtrooms right now let's be friends let's be friends let's negotiate with the let's be a conflict attorney so that we can be on the da side and not really experience the joy of defending people and trust me defense attorneys are already challenged to have a difficult time to have to argue with people that are corrupt and use our district attorney's office is nothing but corruption right now and for him to actually want to be friends and and not defend someone who is completely 100% innocent it made me literally sick the kite he went and asked the district attorney went Marsden motion meant that to me is just my client asked him to file a Marsden motion and he had to go out to da what it meant how humiliating for his firm right I just believe that check into people before you hire them find out how long they've been practicing law if they are faring their price if they are really really for justice and for our constitutional rights because otherwise they if they call themselves conflict attorneys they are not your defense lawyer they work for the da end of story no they've had 18 different conflict attorneys on this man's case tell me something about constitutional law his sixth amendment right has already been violated and that gentleman at Grace law firm has violated his constitutional rights too and good luck with that read more
