We needed our front yard and flower beds cleared of acorns, weeds and old mulch. They trimmed a couple dozen hedges and two larger trees. They also added new mulch to the entire front yard, and what was fantastic is they picked up and transported the mulch! Three to four guys worked for 3 hours to complete the work, all for an Incredibly fair price and value. I received another quote that was nearly FOUR times what Tulum did the work for! From there, we were supposed to get on a biweekly service for $35 (which seemed pretty reasonable) but my service apparently was never implemented. They were supposed to come out 3 times in November and never did. When I got around to calling about it (I have a 3 month old; if you have kids, you'll understand) today, I was told they'd probably have to come out to do another cleanup. I explained I really didn't want to pay another almost $300 just because they failed to implement the plan we agreed on and was told (albeit nicely) while someone there did "drop the ball", it's my fault for waiting a month to notice and call them.
