He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and gave me a great price for the work. Several days later he and one of his employees came back and did the job. I can honestly say that my yard has never looked this good in the 30 plus years I have lived here. The edging was sharp and they created a lovely rounded shape around my lacy leaf maples. My camellia bushes are now down to a size where I can actually reach the flowers! All evidence of debris was cleaned up and taken with them . Andy and his service has been super easy to work with, very responsive, and always happy to answer my questions. Every once in a while I might need a little extra service (e.g. reseed/thatch, etc) and they're able to do it on the next visit without any issues at all. For example, when we first moved in, we also had a massive amount of overgrown blackberry thickets in our back yard and overtaking our back fence. They came and cleared all that out and got it under control with very clean and well done results. Billing is quick and simple (done online) and correspondence is done in a way that's simple and easy for me at least (via email) with responses usually done within a day or so. This has been really helpful for us since we just recently moved to our first single family home and due to our personal situation, haven't had the ability to maintain our lawn ourselves yet.
