Hired to concrete our driveway. Assured us they could deal with the slope and get water away from…read morethe house. But they didn't. Rain water flows to the house and the garage. It took less than a year for the concrete to form a 4ft long crack right where the water puddles. The owner of Wilmer Concrete claimed he'd come out to look when I told him water flows to the house and not away from the house like its suppose to. But Ryan Wilmer was a no show. Never came out. Almost a year later I emailed about the crack in the concrete. He said he'd come out. But he never arrived. Now the black fiberboard used to separate the old concrete from the new concrete he poured has dissolved. Rain water flows from the driveway to the garage and into the gap. It just drains somewhere under the concrete. I tried to fill it with foam and silicone but it's a poor substitute for a job well done.

Im 100% confident if I had had any issue with anything I had bought through the years, trees, shrubs, garden vegetables or flowers I could of taken it to them respectfully and they would of treated me the same, that's what keeps me coming back like 100s maybe 1000s of others, which speaks for itself. I told them that was unacceptable and they brought out a clump river birch which we had requested. Unfortunately, it was all chopped up and it wasn't acceptable either. We decided to replace the tree with a nice tree at our expense. We will never use their services again. We don't recommend using them for anything.
