After more searching I found JC Escobar and decided to call. It was 8PM and I expected to get an answering machine, but Mr. Escobar picked up and asking if could come take a look that night. A leaking issue arose after a couple of months, not due to the gutters, but with the original drip edge. They came out and removed the new gutters and replaced the drip edge and a fascia board, and replaced the new gutters at no charge for the additional labor. And when I could not make up my mind about the roof color, Bob Hobbs went above and beyond - he actually drove me to multiple homes so l could see the different colors and styles on actual roofs. That made the decision so much easier! Steve Lengacher kept me updated on scheduling and actually helped make my day a bit brighter at times. The crew arrived exactly as scheduled and immediately impressed me with how careful they were with my property. They took the time to cover my landscaping and made every effort to keep shingles and debris away from my plants. Of course, it's impossible to avoid every single piece when replacing a roof, but somehow my landscaping survived beautifully! During the project, they pulled plywood and removed a yellow-jacket nest. They paid close attention to the details, making sure I had adequate ice and snow shield and adding additional waterproofing up a section of wall where there was a potential problem area. Those are the kinds of things that give you confidence that your roof is being installed correctly-not just quickly. And then came the cleanup. After the roof was completed, the crew didn't simply pack up and leave. They actually went through my landscaping, lifting leaves and checking carefully for small pieces of asphalt and debris. They followed that up with magnets to make sure they had picked up any stray nails. I was genuinely impressed by the amount of care they put into leaving my property as clean and safe as they found it. The follow-up afterward to make sure I was happy with the results was also very much appreciated. I was scheduled to have the roof done on Thursday; however, SL Construction was able to get me in a week earlier. The crew arrived at 7 am sharp and only took them 10 hours to complete the project. They did shingles in the front of the house and flintlastic in the back. The color of the shingles flowed smoothly with the color of flintlastic. The crew cleaned up very nice, leaving no mess or nails. Steve Lengacher and Bob Hobbs were quick to respond when I had questions. They even called afterward to make sure I was satisfied. I contacted Dusty's to finish our basement with drywall. He responded in a timely manner, gave me a…read morequote and we had it done. He had an earlier start date available and contacted me whether they could start earlier. That was an easy yes. It took about 4 days to finish. The quote was what I paid. They showed up exactly when they said they would and put in full days of work. When they first arrived to work, they put down brown paper on our wood floor entry and also put down a plastic sheet runner all the way down the stairs to the landing at the bottom of stairs to keep everything pristine. We have about a 5' opening to get into our basement and he even put a thick plastic sheet with a zippered opening to keep all the drywall dust from going all over the house. We didn't have any dust coming upstairs. What a blessing that was. The cleanup from all of that was flawless. I don't think we could've found anyone better to do the job. Just outstanding from start to finish.

Nothing left behind. When he was done, the septic tank was empty to the floor. Norm arrived clean. He is friendly, and professional. Fair rates.
