Neither of them have received help of any kind with snow removal and when they both inquired about why, they were argued with and treated very rudely by the employee answering the phone, who happens to be the owner of the company. Then, even after she requested them to come they still did not come to perform the snow removal service she had already paid for. It does not seem like an ethical business and it would be better to seek elsewhere. I'm extremely disappointed with this company and I am very angry that they are taking advantage of people that require the service. I am home visiting for the weekend and see how dangerous her driveway is. She had told me she paid for the service, but they have yet to come since December.
