In July, 2024 we selected Lawrence Air Systems to install our new heat pump system. The review is available under 'reviews', so I will not repeat those aspects. In April, 2025, due to the excellent previously provided in 2024, we decided to upgrade the heat pump in another unit that we own, and immediately contacted Lawrence Air Systems in Seekonk for our project. We installed another Mitsubishi Energy Star certified heat pump. Once again, I need to call out at least the following: Ray Martin; David Briganti; Christine Glazier; Installers-George and Matt. I'm sure that I am missing a couple of names, but you know who you are. Everyone worked together for a very smooth installation, at least from my viewpoint. I still cannot believe the balancing act performed with the actual air handler installation with just two men working very hard to lift the unit carefully into place. This was an upgrade to an older heat pump that still had some life left in it, but we wanted to get the newer, more efficient, quieter heat pump that we could rely on for many years to come. It was particularly important for us to get the new line set installed, as others in our condo complex have used other companies who reused the older line sets with soldered joints that ended up leaking, causing them great additional expense and discomfort. Our philosophy remains to do the job correctly the first time, and thereby minimize future problems. Lawrence delivered on all fronts. We feel that they offer great value overall, and we would use them without hesitation in the future. We did sign up for the service contract for 12 years. We want our systems to be only serviced by people who installed the system, are Mitsubishi certified, and have all of the records from our installation. read more

The best! I highly, highly recommend Lawrence Air Systems. They stand behind their work and are extremely professional and knowledgeable. After installing mini-splits in our house, it became apparent that there was a leak in the system somewhere. They came back day after day to diagnose it and repair it. The following summer, when we turned it on, it had another leak. Lawrence Air came right away and diagnosed the problem: faulty lines. Apparently there are manufacturers of the insulated copper lines that have had problems. Lawrence replaced every line in the house, basically having to redo the entire system, free of charge. I can't imagine what it cost them to fix our problem but they did it happily, quickly, and efficiently. Lawrence AC came highly recommended by a friend for their professionalism and good work. I had a Mitsubishi high energy mini split system installation. 3 wall mini splits and 1 floor unit. I was initially impressed with Ray's thoroughness and making sure I had the right system for my space. They weren't the least expensive BUT i believe I got the right unit for my space. The other 2 contractors were trying to undercut with either using inferior products or less BTUs than I needed. I was really impressed with George and Ben who installed the units. There was both a text and email letting me know they were on their way (included were their pictures so I know who to expect ) They were extremely professional, prompt, efficient, kind and very concerned that I understood how to use my new system. They always covered their shoes coming in the house, everything was draped and thoroughly cleaned during the work at the end of the day. Lawrence Air recently installed a Trane gas furnace and air conditioner in our home, replacing a similar system that was old, inefficient, and on the verge of breaking down. Their free estimate was almost identical to that of their competitor, Superior Comfort. Since we had been using Lawrence for semiannual maintenance, we decided to go with a known entity. Otherwise it might have been a coin-toss. Their office staff was knowledgeable; the installation crew was on schedule, neat, and friendly; and the customization required---plumbing, venting, etc.---was done very professionally. We used their financing system for the $22K project: a no-interest credit line from Wells Fargo Bank, which, a month after project completion, I'm just starting to set up a payment schedule. P.S. I volunteer on our condo community's architectural committee, which occasionally has dealings with Lawrence (and other contractors) for approval of outdoor modifications. So this is a real review. Just want to make it clear that Lawrence did come to our home and also to my business. We had an emergency leak in the air handler in the attic and they came right away. The technician whose name was John, as I recall, was excellent, and treated us with patience and kindness due to the emergency circumstances, but also was very professional, and resolve the matter quickly so that there wouldn't have been more damage to the ceiling and/or the condo. They have also been to my business and have been great. The people who answer the phones and the support staff are always respectful, pleasant and respond in a timely manner. We needed a new heating/air conditioning system. Although the price was higher than two other quotes, we hired Lawrence Air because of positive recommendations and because they had a creative suggestion to resolve an issue we had getting air to the back of the house. The project was challenging because we could not replace the furnace in place--we had to relocate upstairs into a small closet, with awkward routing for the ductwork. They had thought the project would take four days, but spent two weeks as they worked through the unique distribution system in our contemporary house. We recognize this cost them--the crew showing up every day for days past estimate, but they were professional, they came with a smile, we never heard a complaint. A few times we asked for a minor adjustment to the way it was being installed; they just did it. Never a claim for conditions or request for a change. The system works great. I asked for a tech to come out because the system was not cooling. The soonest they can get here is 5 days away. I lost $300 of guest house business because the guests left early because the room is too hot and humid. I will not be renewing my service contract. read more

When I was in the market for a new heating/air system I asked a qualified individual who he would recommend & was told I would only do business with Lawrence Air. So I called, the office staff was great they assisted me in every way possible. I had a good feeling about this. I am happy with the unit that was purchased, however, trying to schedule a maintenance service appointment is another story. I should have received a new maintenance service sign up in March 2018 here it is June & I still haven't received one so I called to schedule an appt & have someone come out. The big problem is they only have appts on M-F 8 - 4 & don't work Saturdays. Not convenient at all. Not sure if they expect people to take time out of work to accommodate their hours. Very disappointed. They were awesome when it came time to sell the heating/air unit, however, their customer service has a lot to be desired. read more
