Then got told by the health department to take it down. Then sold the intex pool, and got majority of his money back, He wants almost 2 grand just for the site, and 410$ for electric. 50$ for golf carts, 75$ for side by sides, People started putting up pools on their sites because its 100+ degrees, and its advertised that there is a "pool" he wants an additional 100$ to fill it, unless you get water delivered, and 100$+to run the pump. They are short staffed so the restaurant closes at 6 pm, he decided to close the playground and game room at dusk, because people were complaining about kids. Even though people asked him not to. Wants donations for fireworks for the 4th. And people donated to turn the sand like into a volleyball court. 0/10, wouldn't recommend! Unless your idea of fun is sitting or driving in a circle. OR GETTING yelled at. I have a friend who camps there every once in awhile, and he said it's a ghost town compared to what it was. WONDER WHY!

You must get everything in writing. I was lied to for months over the winter. Last week I stopped in to make an agreement. All went well . Every thing was fine they were smiling. This week I received a message that we are no longer welcome because it might be uncomfortable for some.. My life has been turned upside down.

First off, we picked this campground because the price was extremely reasonable. I was traveling…read moreacross country with a friend and her kids and my kids in my C class rv, towing a jeep and had no issues navigating through the park. This was a clean campground with plenty for kids to do. The pool was very clean and I saw the lifeguard check the chemicals multiple times. For adults, theres a nice little bar. Definitely no complaints there! But, what stood out for my friend and I, was the exceptional customer service. And while I won't go into details, we found ourselves in a situation and the owners went way above and beyond to help us out! We couldn't be any more grateful for their kindness to us strangers! I told my husband I would definitely like to return for a longer stay, for that alone! If the owners see this, again, thank you so much for your help, we truly appreciate it! Can't wait to return!

There are plenty of places around the park to just sit and enjoy a book. Some sites offer fires, but ours didn't. There are two laundry locations, but they only have a few washers and dryers. That's not enough when the park has 230 sites. Expect to wait for one to open. You do have a picnic table, but it's time to repair them. They did add in their flyer to call if you have an issue with your picnic table. You mow and clean up your site after someone stays, so you should already see any table issues. When I get to a site I've already spent many hours driving and don't want to call with any issues. I want to set up, relax, and enjoy the amenities. The property is very clean and well managed. They have an employee take you to your site and assist you in pulling in. We would definitely stay here again!!
