PATIENT BEWARE! Recent new patient visit to Lawrence Dental. Their website offers first comprehensive oral evaluation, NOT TRUE! They actually billed our Delta Dental insurance for my first visit, D0150 for $131! AND to make matters worse, they lied about having me be able to use my Itex account. For those of you who don't know what Itex is, it's a platform businesses use to barter for services. You can Google 'Itex' as well. So my first visit entailed an evaluation for a tooth extraction. With my Itex account and PRIOR to the visit, Kimberly confirmed that I would be able to use my funds in my Itex account to pay for the extraction since my dental insurance didn't cover it. So I scheduled with them and went over everything with the so-called complimentary evaltions with regard to my extraction I even confirmed again that I would be able to use Itex. They said the extraction would be between $5000 and $6000. A few weeks went by to receive the predetermination. When it was emailed to me, the estimate was $9161! WHAT? Not even close to the $5-6K estimate. Then when I called them to go over it, they then said they were transitioning to a 'new management' (whatever that means since the name Lawrence Dental never changed), and they no longer will be taking Itex as payment under their new management and I would not be able to use my Itex funds to pay for the extraction. I explained to them what they just put me throught, they didn't care at all. So I just wasted all this time and money with Lawrence Dental. They are not to be trusted, they lie, get everything in writing, and never again. read more

Highway robbery. They charged me nearly $300 for a routine visit that occurred 8 and a half months ago, a visit that would normally be covered by my insurance. However, Lawrence Dental said the claim was rejected because it was made too late. They had said that the delay was due to a software conversion on their end, so my insurance company had rejected the payment. I just found out from the insurance company that they paid for the visit back in July and they do not understand where the $300 amount is coming from. Now, Lawrence Dental is not picking up the phone. It is well within their business hours and they are not in the office. I just got scammed out of $300. Do not go here. read more

I went there for a estamint the dentist said Ya I take your insurance we are in the network so he took 2 x rays and my insurance only covered one so I got a billion the mail for 157.00 then he put interest on it every month I shouldn't pay but I will the man is very greedy don't go there the man will hound treated to send me to the magistrate if you want trouble. Go to him but I don't recommend you go the just a word of the wise. read more

Dr. Lawrence has been helping my family for years and the quality of care that he provides has been excellent. Dr. Lawrence & his staff are very professional and competent. Procedures are explained in a clear manner. Everything is performed with patience and care. All the staff are friendly and make you feel welcomed. He has been a huge help towards my dental health! I really appreciate what he has done for my mom, dad, brother, and myself. I can't recommend Dr. Lawrence enough! read more

Need a new Dentist? Well whatever you do don't go here! They pretty much brush your teeth and send you home. Cleaning lasts about 15 minutes. When I moved out of the area and got a new dentist I realized what a thorough and good cleaning is really like. This place always told me I had great teeth and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. If anyone else has had a bad experience at Lawrence Dental would you please contact me at irenem0616@icloud.com. There are 6 or 7 of us that are interested in pursuing a class action lawsuit. It has cost each of us a lot of money to try and correct what has been done to us. I tried to get Dr. Lawrence to correct several problems I was having with the work he had done but he would not even acknowledge that there was a problem. After going back several times and and waiting for a long period of time to see Dr. Lawrence, I was told it was going to take too long and they re-scheduled me several times until I gave up. read more

Just do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else . Everything was not aligned and sized incorrectly and a crown fell off. Not the best way to spend thousands. read more
