Someone tried to takeout my drivers side window with a BB gun and over the next few days, the small mark turned into a massive crack, so I called my insurance and they recommended Lawrence Glass, and I am glad they did so! Scheduling was super easy and they were flexible with location of the repair as well. I live in West Nashville and workin Franklin/Cool Springs, both areas they are happy to come to. I ended up scheduling a day I was at the office for the repair, they arrived on time, took less than 30 minutes and the quality of the work is great! Given the success of the window repair, I inquired with the technician about replacing my windshield moulding as it was dry rotted and missing in many areas. The Tech called into the office got me a fair quote and was able to schedule for the next week. This experience was the same with on time arrival and great quality work! Service is excellent as the receptionist along with both Technicians were friendly and helpful from start to finish! They replace my sun roof 3 weeks ago and while installing they broke my sun shade, after I pick up the car they said that was already like that, which is a lie, now is a $1400 repair that they don't want to take responsibility of, I have pictures with date and time stamp before I drop the car that shows that was not broken before they put hands on my car. All was good until a "scratch" on the inside of the windshield at the bottom of 2017 Yukon Denali appeared that they repalced in July. It was "Outside the 3 month window". Both techs on site to see if it was a stress crack said they didn't have a clue how a "scratch" could happen at that location. Shaquille O'Neal does not live here and no one in this house has arms long enough to reach over the steering wheel all the way over the dash and then scratch a freaking windshield where this "scratch" is. So I call shanninigans.This has nothing to do with money as I am on hold with another glass company to replace the windshield on my dime. Our 2021 Edge was vandalized while visiting Nashville from Michigan. The windshield and backlight were shattered. We had an appointment with safelite that they later canceled and told us it would be several days before they could get to it. We contacted Robert at Lawrence Glass. His amazing crew had us back on the road in less than 24 hours with new Ford glass. Outstanding friendly service. Great, affordable service. The recent ice storm shattered our driver's side window. We fixed it along with our windshield (had a crack that just kept growing) in one trip. Lawrence had the best price in town. Less than a week later, we woke up to another broken driver's side window!! We called Lawrence and they gave us a new window for free. The service tech said a BB gun probably caused the second break. We have lots of kids in our neighborhood who were probably stir crazy from icepocalyspe. I highly recommend this company for your auto windshield replacement needs! We had them come out Thursday to replace the windshield in our truck. The guys did such an excellent job. They arrived on time and had it done in less than an hour. They redid the chrome along the windshield and even saved us some money on the gasket. While they were doing the work, some of our neighbors even stopped and asked about getting their own vehicles done. They were very nice and polite. This is for both locations. I was in an accident yesterday and the glass in the rear of my car was shattered. I was able to drive home, but since I'm driving a child around, needed the window replaced right away for safety. After calling around for price quotes yesterday afternoon, I became very discouraged with the whole situation. I called the Nashville location at 7:30am this morning and told them about my situation, and they quoted me half the price that most people did ($300 less!!) They also told me that they had to send someone from the Murfreesboro location out, not the Nashville location, but that they would handle the communication between stores. At 9:30, I received a call that someone was on their way out to my house (free of charge) and they would be there within 20 minutes. They arrived promptly, were very courteous, and explained the process to me. By 10:30, my window was replaced, he had even vacuumed the glass out of my car and swept up the glass in my driveway!! This was hands down the best experience I have ever had with any glass repair company! I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to all of my friends and family if they happen to have a situation like this. read more

Wednesday morning I left my hotel room to continue my drive from Florida to Chicago but when I got to my car, a big GMC YukonXL, I was shocked to see a thief smashed the big rear quarter panel window and stole some items. What to do now now? My immediate thoughts were that I'll need to spend another night in N'ville before I can get some shop to repair the unusually large piece of glass. But the police officer suggested Lawrence Glass and when I called them they very polite and responsive. They said they would order the new glass immediately and if I could get the car in their shop at noon they would squeeze me in to do the repair. So I did and by 1:30 I was on the road again. Praise be Jesus I was elated. I arrived 4hours late in Chitown but it's better than spending another unnecessary night.
