You know how you're always concerned when you go to a mechanic that they're gonna lie to you rip you off or charge you more than they said. Well if you go here that is an absolutely valid concern. I have a 2015 Ford Mustang that had a quarter panel window off track and a front motor that needed to be replaced. They quoted me $150. 45 minutes later when the work was fixed and I bought the part they charged me almost triple that price and tried to tell me it's because it took longer or it was harder than they thought Christian who works the front desk totally didn't care when I told him the quote wasn't what he told me all he did is make up more excuses. Unfortunately I had my driver side front window smashed out 2 days after Christmas. My wife asked a solid source on a fairly priced and competent company. Our friend Susan recommended Low Price Auto Glass located in West Nashville. I called at 7am on Sunday morning and was luckily in touch with the owner. He stated he could get the job that day for $399 or Monday for $199. The owner stated that I was welcomed to drop my truck off on Sunday morning and he would keep it in the garage overnight for first service in the morning (Monday). I called the office at 840am just to see about a time to pick up and the owner stated 5 minutes. I got a ride to the business and paid $206.45 with tax. The window works perfectly and the truck was in great shape after being serviced as promised. Great team in place that offers quick work with quality and value which seems to be a very hard find in Nashville. This will be my new go to with auto glass. read more

Bad business. They did give me a lower price than anyone, but I guess the saying is true. You get what you pay for. We took our 1994 Jeep there to get the windshield replaced and once we got our jeep back we had speakers tore out and the interior light tore out in the BACK of the vehicle! They had No reason what-so-ever being back there! Then while standing in line he told the lady in front of me that he told her $139.00 for her window and she corrected him by saying" Well, you TOLD me $100.00 but....." that is when he said well just give me $60.00 But wanted to charge me the full price even AFTER THE FACT that I pointed out that he tore lights and speakers out of my jeep!! He just wanted to keep claiming that he didn't do it and that it was no big deal! I will not be going back nor recommending him to anyone.
