The biggest rip-off. I had a small chip ion my windshield. At first the guy says "It's not a big deal" but I told them that I've had Safelite fix similar things before. It doesn't seem like he did anything even though he claims he put resin in the spot. The chip is now dirty and the cashiers just keep reiterating that "we can't guarantee that it will look good." Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra and have Safelite come to your home and give you good service and a satisfied outcome. read more

Stay away from using this company. Gave me a quote and did not honor it. Tried to charge me approx $200 or 20% more after the repair was completed and would not honor the quote and stated that it was an estimate, although the quote never stiplulated that. Made multiple calls to their corporate office and had family members waiting to be able to retreive our vehicle after repair. Ended up turning it into my insurance company and without our knowledge they reduced the amount to just under our deductible without notifying us. Still paid appox $120 more than what the quote was for originally. Was told that I would get a call from their manager which never happened. BEWARE!! READ THIS POST!!!! I'll start by saying, in my 45 years, I have never written a company review, but this treatment is too terrible not to post. I brought my car for windshield repair on 3/16/21, left there satisfied enough, had a new windshield, which was the point. It was a sunny day, my husband was driving and he made the comment, "have you already chipped this new window", causing me to attempt wipers. They didn't work. I called Auto Glass Now and they said to bring it back in to determine problem. They next day it was raining, but after work there was a break in rain, so I drove the 45 minutes from my home to Auto Glass Now. "Q", store manager, took keys and started looking at car, he can back (after much unprofessional drama/yelling between him & other staff) and said he cannot find problem and that his district manager (I'll later learn was Daniel) instructs for me to take the car to the repair shop of my choice and that if they deemed the damage was done by them, they would pay for repair. I told him that would be Audi and he said that was fine. After sitting on Nolensville Rd for approx 2 hours (raining, no wipers) I finally got the car to repair shop. The next morning, I received a call from Audi/repair who reports the arm was broken on the wiper and entire piece (including wiper motor) would have to be replaced.. cost of $1280.34. I immediately called Auto Glass Now, spoke with "Q" and let him know what they had found, give he Audi contact person name/number. Later in the day, heard from Daniel, district manager, and he was to be in talks with Audi. At this point, my understanding was they where talking though findings and ultimately having it fixed. Later in evening, having no vehicle for the day, I've driving a work truck of husbands to a family friends funeral, when Daniel calls to say he has not been authorized to pay that amount for bill and that he would drive from Montgomery, AL to Nashville the next day to replace himself. Against my better judgement, I was open to idea, because all I want is my wipers fixed. I told him, if service charge to Audi paid (for bringing car in) and the cost of windshield refunded and I would agree (for frustration, time, having no car, and risk for driving in rain without wipers). The call ended and I paid respects at funeral. The next correspondence I had was a text from Daniel (calls not returned) saying I didn't give him a chance to fix vehicle and don't even know they broke it. Again, I'm thinking he still wants to fix it. Well.. next morning, Daniel would not return call/texts so I call Audi, approx 10:30am. They tell me they have car repaired and Auto Glass Now aware, invoice and description has been emailed to them. I finally get Daniel on phone who basically tells me tough luck, he's very sorry, but he's not authorized to pay for my repair his company caused. I could tell he felt bad, after all he is human. Ironic that as we are picking up car from Audi, paying the invoice, the staff there is on the phone with Daniel who is asking for photos of pieces replaced. Auto Glass Now says wipers would not have to be touched to repair windshield. The wipers sit on the glass, making no sense whatsoever. Long description of the most terrible customer service experience I've ever had!! My basic service with this company cost a grand total of $1616.83. Thankfully I had the money, if not, I'd still be without a car. DO NOT use this company if you value your money and yourself!!! They are truly a disgrace!!!!!!!! And my response to Auto Glass Now that consumers can't see: Complete and total ridiculousness. Why would I pay have the windshield replaced if no wipers, makes no sense. I've attached pictures of broken arm. You will see the difference and the evidence it's a fresh break. You guys have accused me of making this up, pre-existing and that "it's an older car". Well, I'm not standing for it. I brought my car to you for a service and the result is damage and accusations. Not acceptable. Audi rep told us that there's no doubt you are at fault and they've never seen damage as this. The reason cost is more than you expected is the wiper arms and motor are all one assembly. They were great at giving me a call back on a quote when the ice storm hit and some yahoo didn't clean their car off-causing it to slide off on the interstate and crack my windshield. I was able to get an appointment about ten days from when I called just due to volume-and I understand why. They have top notch service for a great price. They gave me an estimate over the phone and stuck with it when the work was done. Their waiting room isn't all that great (it's about 2-3 hours if you wait) which is fine-that's not their goal. So, repair is five stars. They got it in, they got it done, they got it right. It was a chip, chips don't take long, but this was a better chip repair than I've seen before. Where it lost stars - first off, it's like walking into the physical manifestation of "I give up." The lights were flickering, everything was intact but on its last legs. Like waiting room cobbled together from waiting rooms that went out of business is all I can say. Some books for the kids, all of which were missing most of the pages. Some toys, missing parts.... you know what, let's just say the waiting room was bad but there wasn't a lot of waiting... Until it was time to pay. I got to listen to two very very dissatisfied customers. In both cases they were told one thing by someone who was not there, showed up, and none of the people there were able to help or knew what the issue was. So communication somewhere was breaking down. And communication broke down... they're on Comcast Business, which had I known I wouldn't have gone there that day. Comcast's a joke, and that particular day it was down for the area. That's what their credit card and phone system evidently run through as my card had to be called to an office somewhere and what normally is about a 20 second transaction became about 8 minutes of listening to a guy yelling my card number into his cell phone. But yeah, repair great, place - not particularly somewhere you want to hang out at, lighting was giving me headaches, and communication appeared to be broken based on complaining customers, and then my having to have my credit card yelled into a cell phone over and over again. read more

The rear glass in our F250 SuperDuty unexpectedly busted the night before a road trip so we needed a repair job PDQ. The reviews looked great for this place so we didn't look any further. On the plus side they replaced the glass in the same day as advertised. On the con side, the installation was not professional. The glass wasn't aligned properly and installed so that the mastic showed around the edges. Very sloppy. In terms of service, they didn't vacuum up the broken glass in either the truck bed or the backseat so if you don't own a shop vac you're out of luck. This job is going to require a retrofit for sure. Our final take-away? Proceed with caution. read more

Congratulations to this company for looking like it's a front for money laundering. It's disgusting inside. They put absolutely zero effort in their employee training, or even cleaning their facility. There's broken glass everywhere, the employees actually lit up cigarettes and vaped while we were sitting in there with our three month old son. Alcohol bottles outside the building, it looks like they've never once cleaned their counters. I needed to shower immediately after leaving this place. Now, let me get into our actual experience with this company. We called the previous night to see about a quote for replacing my windshield that's had a crack in it for awhile. The cost altogether was $260, which was a better price point than I got from Safelite, so I canceled my appointment with Safelite and the guy I spoke to on the phone with this Auto Glass company said to come down in the morning. He didn't set an appointment and he just said to come between 8 and 11. We showed up around 9:40 AM and left at 1:40 pm. Four hours. The guy took my keys in the beginning and said it'd be two hours. So we walked to the park, then the coffee shop. And at two hours I called to check in and he said they were just finishing up. So we headed back, and he confirmed again they were just getting done. After that, we sat for over 30 minutes waiting for them to tell us they finished. I went up to the front and there was a new man who appeared to be the manager. I asked if there was something wrong because we were told our car was supposed to be done 30 minutes ago. The guy confirmed my name and our car, and they had the wrong information about my vehicle. He went and checked and came back apologizing for not training his employee well because he lied to us and told us our car was gonna be done, when it wasn't even started on. So we waited two more hours. Waiting. Waiting. Checking to see if our car was being worked on. Waiting. I went inside to check on the status, and the manager and one of the employees vaping with his feet up on the counter completely ignored me while I stood there waiting for them to be done talking. I walked back outside. Completely in shock and angry at this point they have the audacity and talent to smoke, ignore their paying customers, and not be doing their job. Finally, after four hours our car was done. And the kid who lied to us shook a paper in my face as his way of saying our car was done. I paid, we left. They get the one star for actually completing the job, otherwise, this company doesn't really deserve any stars. Maybe this was a one off, but their customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I want to spend my hard earned money to companies who care about their customers. These people don't. At all. I would've rather paid twice as much to Safelite in the end. read more

My passenger window got smashed on the Fourth of July. I called Safelite, but they couldn't do it for another week and wanted to charge $500. Auto Glass Now did it for $250 and got the job done the very next day! They also cleaned all of the glass shards out of my car, which I was expecting to need to get detailed. I recommend going early; I brought my car in around 10:30 AM and it wasn't done until 4:30 PM. But the location is across the street from Red Bicycle Café, which is a perfect place to get some work done while you wait. The staff was super chill and nice. I made an appointment with them a week out. I was told it would take 2 hours to replace my windshield. Dropped off my car a half hour early. I called a few hours later and it wasn't even started. I was told it would be two more hours. Called 2 hours later and they said it would be one more hour. After 5.5 hours I came back to pick my car up before they closed. They never even began working on it! Why make an appointment if they aren't good with time management?! Bought a new car that came complete with scratches on all 4 side windows. As this wasn't advertised, I had the dealer agree to pay for the replacement of the windows. My husband had his driver's side window shot out and completely annihilated by a BB gun, and he brought his car here to get it replaced. He was super happy with the job they did and the pricing, so I decided I would also bring my car to them for my window replacements. Brittany, who works at the front desk, is really sweet and worked with me to get everything scheduled and even made attempts to call the claims department on my behalf. Everyone I came into contact with there, was really nice. Someone in the comments below complained about the waiting room smelling like cigarette smoke. I'm not going to lie, it does... BUT... Red Bicycle, a fabulous coffee shop, just opened up two doors down, so I hung out over there while my car was being worked on. So just go there. It's a nice spot to hang out for 2 hours. Coffee, food, and WIFI (yay!). The repair took somewhere between 1.5-2 hours, I was charged exactly what I was quoted on the phone for 4 window replacements, they were quick to get me an appointment, and their pricing is super good. Dropped my wife's car off at this location for a windshield replacement. Came back at the end of the day and was told it would be ready soon. Waited about 2 hours, got up to stretch my legs, and saw that her car was parked by the side of the building, and it appeared to be ready. Apparently, I sat there the whole time when the vehicle was already finished. The guy manning the front desk was clueless. Upon inspection of the windshield, it looked fine. However, the plastic molding pieces on the bottom corners were both installed incorrectly. One side was able to be popped back in easily enough. The other side would not install correctly, as the tab had been broken by the tech. I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff, and started hearing a bunch of excuses. The tech repeated kept laying tools on the hood of the car, even after I asked him not to. I ended up having to get the manager, who initially offered only excuses at first. However, he was polite, and ended up saying that he wanted to keep me happy, and that they would order a replacement part. He said that these parts commonly break when they are removed, and next time, they would not replace anything if it were to break. I did mention that I did not want an aftermarket part, since this car is fairly new, and it had the OEM part on it when I came in. He actually tried to tell me that Subaru did not make this part, and that there was only one company that manufactured this part, and it was aftermarket. Of course, I told him this was nonsense, and I could get the part from Subaru if necessary. At that point, he stated he would be sure and get an OEM Subaru part. He then urged me to let him order it, as he could get a better price. After 1 month, I called back to see what was taking so long. He said he had completely forgotten, and apologized, and said he would get right on it. After the second month, I called again. Again, he said that this had slipped his mind, and offered more apologies. I called again after the 3rd month, and he said he had lost my number, and that the parts were laying on his desk. Each time I called, I was put on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes. When I got there to pick up the parts, they were, of course, aftermarket. Other than the part being broken, the windshield replacement was fine. However, the customer service was horrid. If you want a decent job for a decent price, and don't mind dealing with sub-standard customer service, maybe this is the place for you. If you would rather deal with professional people, who don't look like they were pulled out of a soup line, I suggest you try somewhere else. read more

Don't use Auto Glass in Nashville, TN. We purchased a back glass for our truck from them last week, and two days later it shattered as we were coming down the driveway. Nothing hit it, nothing bumped it. It just shattered everywhere. The glass is also supposed to have a warranty on it. We called this company back and told them what happened and they said they would call us back. After hearing nothing back that day, we called back the next day and talked with them a second time. Set appointment at 8:30 in the morning for 1130 to have my window replaced on a 05 Toyota 4 runner got there early staff was friendly and i inform them have a 330 doctors appointment was told would be ready in 90 minutes called back after 2 1/2 hours still not ready was told be ready by 3 o'clock arrived at 3 o'clock still not ready was not ready till after four missed doctors appointment did credit me $25 to pay for missing doctors appointment which cost me $25 door panel was scuffed up by workers and rubber seal was folded in the channel window would not go all the way up. I was told there was nothing they could do about Seal was told there was a problem with removing the window from the channel and had to call someone in to remove window would not use again a little cheaper than other quotes I got but not worth it but you get what you pay for read more

A very disappointing experience for us. After having much difficulty with Safelite my insurance company referred me to Auto Glass Now. I called and they told me I'd need to make an appointment to come to their location on Nolensville Rd. We live about an hour from there. My husband called a couple of days later to schedule it and he heard on the recording that they have a mobile unit that could come out to our house. No one ever told us that that was an option. Once the windshield was replaced the rear view mirror wasn't put on right so it constantly wiggles. I called and asked them to come back to fix the rear view mirror which they had put on wrong and was told that I'd have to bring the vehicle in. They would not make another trip out to make their mistake right. I do not recommend this company. Terrible customer service. read more

So glad I found them! After a mysterious very large windshield crack, my first instinct was to call Safelite. They wanted nearly $400, which my insurance policy would not cover. I Googled a couple other local places and within hours got a quote back from AutoGlassNow which was less than half of my Safelite quote. I called in the morning and was able to schedule for the same day. Got there a little before my 4:00 appointment and it looked really busy, but was out before 6:00. The gentleman at the front desk was VERY nice, explained everything to everybody (where they were in the process, what the costs were, etc.), and was polite to everyone that came in. I asked him a question about my side window that would not roll down and he actually told me if I bought the part he'd install it for free! Can't get much nicer than that! I really wanted to like this place as they seemed friendly. They replaced the windshield on my Boxster and in doing so broke the built-in antenna connection on the glass. They ordered a replacement and set an appointment for me to come in over a month later. I was told the glass had been replaced again but they "broke the antennae connection again, but if it has problems it is under warranty." I have a receipt stating the same. In fact, they removed the glass, tried to repair the connection, and put the same broken glass back on. When I called back stating I knew it was the same glass - still had tape marks from where I tried to reattached the dash cam - they admitted the glass had not been replaced but they just tried to fix it again. In fact they didn't even have the glass in stock (still) and asked that I come back in a week when the new glass was actually in stock. Hands down best customer service I've ever had in dealing with car issues. My car was broken into and my window was completely shattered. They took initiative to set up everything with my insurance company so that I didn't have to. They made sure that they could fix my window the same day which was huge!! Other places I looked put me on a waitlist until two days out. I can't say enough good things about this place! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing glass work on their car. I own a Jeep Renegade which is a newer model and still only glass available through Jeep. It took some weeks to get my windshield in (because they were on back order) and Auto Glass Now kept me updated on the status every few days. When it finally came it, I had it conveniently installed on a Saturday morning. I dropped it off at 8am to be greeted by a super friendly staff that let me take a look at the new glass and explained to me some extras...like how the automatic windshield wipers work. I also mentioned to them one huge issue I am having with my car...an uncomfortable seat...they seemed truly interested in my problem. So, they called me when it was done at 1030 am and I came to get it. The lady at the front desk gave me a "insurance 101" and told me that I can change my comprehensive deductible to $100 and leave my collision high to be ready if another glass breaks...who knew you could have different deductibles!!! The insurance companies sure don't tell you that! Also, they had been thinking about my uncomfortable seat and trying some things out when they had my car and they had some great suggestions for me and also empathized with me that the seat is uncomfortable. This is one of the worst customer and mechanical experiences I've had as s car owner. I brought in my luxury SUV to get a windshield replacement while on a road trip...we got a cracked windshield on the hwy. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong with this place...they started by getting blk goop all on the interior cloth of the car, then as we drove off and rain ensued - water started pouring in! After waiting twice as long as they said it would take, 6+ hours, I went back and they proceeded to in front of me pull of a trim piece next to windshield and I saw that it's clips had been literally cracked off. You know where I'm headed...I finally get back on the road and the trim piece starts flapping in the wind and it smacking my windshield. I had to get another shop in VA to order the part and spent about 1/2 day driving out of way to get it fixed (they wouldn't come to me even though they have mobile service). Right now I am at the Range Rover dealer getting the same part on the other side ($209) fixed because that one was cracked too! The attitude on the technician in Nashville was abysmal...service and workmanship SUCKS. Don't go here unless you want a lot of aggravation...I should have spend the extra money and gone to safelite. read more

Since they had the windshield I needed in stock they even offered to replace it same day! They have what seemed to be a pretty good warranty/ replacement but I'm reluctant to admit I didn't really pay too much attention... It is worth noting that it is cheaper to bring it into their location and wait on it than have them come to you! It only takes a little over an hour! I really can't say enough good things about this place! I would highly recommend them! My experience was very positive; the associates were very professional and very quick!
