When purchasing I told them it was for the sole purpose of plowing my driveway. First snow of year-cable fell off that raises and lowers plow. I explained situation, to Cameron the "Manager"-Repeated, the sole purpose was the plow for my driveway-which was explained when we bought unit. I reiterated this on the phone-unit is not registered as its only used on our property. In addition, unit is wide open-even if I could "drive it there" I would be hypothermic...I asked to please have owner call me-Cameron refused to even take a message for him, stating that would not happen. Cameron who truly should not be in charge of anything hung up.

I was looking for wheel/tire combo (which they carry) I shopped around and i was able to get the tires and wheels for around $1000 cheaper online, only thing i had to do is bolt them onto my RZR. Shop around for your parts if you feel they charge too much. As for servicing....I have not used them yet....when I do I will update this review if any info changes. As for the other 2 reviews for this dealer..... you have to ask yourself, would you take the opinion from anyone with only a few reviews.... and the only reviews written by them are negative.

On 07/08/26 I traveled 245mi from Eastern Oregon to test ride a very specific motorcycle. Due to my…read morestature there were only two motorcycles within a 50 mile radius of each other that would really fit me well and had all the features I needed on it. When I got to Harper Motorsports the staff was incredibly nice. The staff was also eager to answer any questions I had and wanted to accommodate anything I needed. I did decide to go ahead and buy the motorcycle I had originally come to see. The staff was absolutely wonderful and insightful with the financing process. Harper Motorsports was also very translucent about their as is policy unused vehicles and or motorcycles. Agreeing to this. I signed all the paperwork, financed the motorcycle and went on my way. I live 245 mi away. So about 100 mi into my journey home. I noticed that there was oil leaking on my motorcycle boots. The suspension on the front of the bike did start to alter mildly. Because of the time of day that this all transpired. It was becoming dark and I still had another 150 mi before I was going to be home. Instead of turning back or calling the dealership. I just went ahead and headed for home. The next day when I got up I inspected the bike and found there were a couple of issues with leaky oil. For one. There was a motor oil leak that none of us were aware of at the dealership. There was also very significant oil leakage from the fork sills on the motorcycle. That day I reached out to Jared from Harper Motorsports and alerted him of the issue. Although the bike was sold as is, he was instantly very concerned and admitted it was an oversight on their behalf that their mechanic must have missed it. Even though the bike was sold as is, Jared said for me to go ahead and check out what I needed to get checked out and get back to him. I took the bike to a mechanic and it did have an oil leak and it needed some fork seal and forks components replaced. At the time when I was communicating with the mechanic and Jared, it's important to note that he was traveling abroad celebrating an anniversary with his wife, but he still took the time to communicate with me while he was overseas. Once I got all the details back from the mechanic I shared that information with Jared and he did Express that he would get back to me when he got back to the States. Although the bike was sold as is. Jared said they recognize that they didn't realize how bad of a problem there was with the bike and even I didn't notice it there, but they wanted to make it right and that their family core values and reputation are very important to them. Harper Motorsports kept me a check for a very significant amount of money when they didn't have to to help cover repairs and the trouble and time I would be out of having a motorcycle. I must say this is very unusual and it's not likely to occur often, but they went above and beyond to help me and it is so greatly appreciated. I can't express what a wonderful family business and terrific service this company has. I highly recommend to family and friends. If you're looking for a dealership that has integrity and core values, I suggest that you try out Harper Motorsports. They went above and beyond. I can't thank them enough.
