I thought a bourbon tasting and bourbon cocktail themed party would be fun but knowing nothing about bourbon I was kind of intimidated. I contacted PBS and they responded stating that they had the perfect bartender Alex for the event. Alex contacted me prior to the event and gave me suggestions on bourbons and quantities I should purchase. The happy hour was so much fun and Alex was amazing to work with. He arrived early, set up and kept the drinks flowing. He was also extremely knowledgeable about bourbon which the guests loved. The party ended up going later than expected and Alex offered to stay later if needed which was appreciated and accepted. This will be the only bartending company I will use going forward as the quality of their service is superb.

This year I didn't want to deal with running out of things, bringing ice, etc. I will say we had a BIT of a responsiveness issue in the beginning trying to engage with them, but once we got Mimi on the phone, she was just fantastic. I LOVED the staff that was sent to run our event. All three were fun, professional, hardworking and made some great drinks! We did run out of wine with about an hour left to the event (and we only had beer and wine and two signature cocktails) which was super disappointing, but we made the best of it. I would 100% hire them again, especially if we got the same bartenders and they brought extra wine! The signature cocktails and mocktails they put together were fantastic. Mimi won't let you down!
