For my main dish, I had the chicken enchiladas tacos. Now, I'm from California, and I look at any Midwest takes on Mexican food with a critical eye, but these were really good tacos! These were clearly made in-house from fresh chopped up chicken breasts, lightly coated in breading (not at all heavy or greasy!) and were amazingly juicy. I order boneless wings at many restaurants in the Twin Cities and have not ever had "wings" like this without the bone and not processed like a nugget.
