Now they look so natural, full, and symmetrical! Jean really took the time to draw out the shape of the brows. She listened to what I wanted and helped me come up with a shape that matched my face structure and I was happy with. The eyelash technician is the expert for Beauty, especially she does amazing job for the eyelash extension. The eyelash stays long for like a month without fill.. I never experienced like that. And also I don't feel uncomfortable wearing it and it looks natural and beautiful!! I can't go anywhere other than her since I experienced her eyelash extensions. I also tried micro blading with Tara. She is very good at what she does. Micro blading is my first time and I was very scared of trying it but she was nice and thoughtful. I tried making an appointment for a Saturday at 11 am, but the text confirmation said 10 am. I…read moreasked them what time to be sure, since I was driving from further away. She confirmed 10 am. When I arrived 5-10 min early, the place wasn't open yet. A few minutes after 10 am, I went in and there were 2 other girls sitting there. They had also made an appointment for 10 am. The person providing lashes looked at her phone schedule, and saw that it was my name listed for 10 am, not the other ladies. She asked the other ladies if they could come back later in the afternoon, and they said no. There was a definite language barrier, as I watched the lash technician call her boss and speak in Mandarin. I finally agreed to come back in the afternoon at 12:30. I drove away, and came back at 12:30. The technician was out to lunch when I got there. I walked around the plaza for 10 min until she returned. When she did my lashes, I did notice that it wasn't as precise as other places. This was only my second time trying out lash extensions, but the first place I went to had magnifying lights for the technicians to use. In any case, these lashes felt extremely stiff when I finished, and the eyes were not symmetric (many of the lashes were pointing in all different directions on my right eye, but the left eye looked ok). When I was getting ready to leave, she asked for a tip. On one hand, I believe in tipping for good service. On the other, I was quite disappointed at having to reschedule (even though my appointment was confirmed, not the other customers'), her not being there when I came for the return appointment, and the asymmetry of the lashes. Not wanting to turn this into a huge deal, I just dropped a tip in her jar and left. When I got home, I noticed that some of the extensions were glued to each other, instead of a single extension to a single lash as expected. The couple days, several of the lashes became semi-dislodged such that they'd curve around and poke me. This issue was primarily with my right eye, which had looked more disorganized to begin with. These lashes also looked more synthetic and were stiffer than the lashes at another salon I tried. They've fallen out much quicker than the other time I had extensions, too. Overall, this was disappointing and I won't be coming back.
