Luxury Glass is a Llumar Pro shop (and the only one on the westside), so I knew if I went with them they were going to be top notch. When I arrived at Luxury I was already nervous about someone else working on the car. But they were able to satisfy my every concern. Everyone at Luxury Glass was very professional. The shop was immaculately clean. They masked all the trim on the interior, all the tint panels were cut by printer and then refined on a glass board (no using the exterior of the windows as a template and cutting the rubber gasket like the last guy). They went above and beyond explaining to me and showing me the different tint shades and made sure I was satisfied with my decision. They ripped out the bad tint job and installed new Llumar Pinnacle Ceramic tint; at the end of the job I got a warranty card with the tint used and even the batch of the tint rolls used in case I ever need to file a warranty claim with Llumar in the future. This final touch was really what gave me the peace of mind I was chose the right place after making a mistake at first. From start to finish I felt so comfortable letting them do the work and would recommend for anyone looking for quality tint installation!

If shopping for estimates - Most companies don't automatically add caulking borders which renders the security film useless. The burglars just push the glass through. For our 2012 BMW four-door, it was $150 for all four windows plus the back. Prices vary by car. They also have tons of tint options--blackout, 75%, 50%, 25%, 10%, 5%--and sample glass so you can see what each looks like. First Impressions & Location: The area looks a little ghetto (not unsafe, just not Beverly Hills nice), but the actual shop is clean and freshly painted. It looks like a garage setup--you just drive in, park, and they start working right away. Service & Staff: Jose helped us when we first arrived. Super friendly, explained everything clearly, and speaks both English and Spanish (a big plus since many cheap places only spoke Spanish). Derek did the actual tinting--very kind, worked fast, and did an excellent job. No bubbles, no scratches, everything came out clean. Extra Touches: They put little reminder stickers on the window buttons so you don't roll them down for 3-5 days. At first we said no, but after I accidentally rolled mine down, we agreed. Stickers actually looked fine and were really useful. Derek even checked the window afterward and made sure everything was still perfect. Wait Time & Amenities: It took about an hour. There's a small waiting area with water inside, a bench outside, and a restroom available. Not much to do in the immediate area, but the wait went by quickly. Other Notes: There's an older man sitting inside the glass area where they sell radios/GPS--he mostly just watched TV and pointed us to Jose if we asked anything. Not a big deal, just a funny observation. Street parking is available if you're not pulling into the garage for service. They also do car wraps in different colors (quoted my sister about $2,500 for a pink wrap). Overall: Clean shop, unbeatable prices, great customer service, and quality work.
