I always go with the ceramic XR. LA heat is no joke and the difference it makes while driving is night and day. You won't need to blast your AC just to cool down because the ceramic does so much of that work for you. It's one of those things you don't realize how much you needed until you have it! For my setup I went 15% on the driver and passenger sides and 5% on all rear windows.
