This was the worst experience ever! I took my sons PS5 console in in April to be replaced due the fan running hot and the HDMI port needed fixing. Daniel calls to tell me they shipped it to their repair center in Florida and their technician called and said they can't fix it. I then received a call from the manager that I can pick up my device but it's not repairable (at this point I spent $120 for the deposit.) I go and purchase him a new PS5..two days later , I receive a phone call from a UBreakiFix employee telling me there it is repairable and I was told incorrectly that it wasn't. I was also advised my balance is $150 to get it fixed and pick it up. I had been told they fixed it, plugged it up and everything was running smoothly. It took me some time to pay it off but every time I called in and went in to make a payment...I was met with the most disrespectful turn it customer service by an employee by the name of Dustin W. Even when I went in to pay the balance off...he felt the need to continue to be disrespectful and make unnecessary comments. For example, there was a sticker on my console with my name and number..in the middle of him getting the sticker off he says "yea it's been here so long there's no telling how much hard it'll be to get this off." I simply took my device and was able to get the sticker off myself. Once my son and I get home...he plugs up the console...not gen seconds in the same thing starts happening again! The fan ran hit and eventually shut off. I call ubreakifix and I speak with Paul and explain everything to him...he even admits after looking at bites and transaction history that something seems off and he's going to have Daniel the store manager call me the following day. It's the following day at 4pm and I still haven't heard from anyone at the store. So I call and Daniel answers and tells me that had I listened and not taken so long to pay off the repair that I was told couldn't be fixed...I'd know that this is my fault act also that I don't have a warranty cause they don't offer one so there's nothing I can do to even get half of my money back. They knew there was not %100 guarantee that my device would work but they still took my money in the meantime and anytime I cane to me he a payment I was met with sarcasm in regards to me having to make payments on my device instead of paying it off in full at one time. read more

I have used another location in past and was super happy with the service. Had an appointment at 11am that I scheduled. Drove 20 mins from Lee's Summit and got here 8 mins early. Two gentlemen were putting out signs, and I mentioned I had an appointment and drove there a ways. I was told there was no way I could have scheduled that the day before, and there was nothing they could do. Can't trust them now, so I can't go to this location after being told I lied without them looking in the system since I wasn't even allowed in the store. I went into a store locally to purchase a phone to ministry base in India. I told the gentleman that I was going to be a used on my and assured me that well with my purchase. When I got to India, the phone did not work. I called from India to talk to the store representative and they could not help me determine why it did not work. The gentleman told me that when I returned home from I could return the for a refund.But then when I return from India they would not return the phone stating that it was passed the two week time. Period. They robbed our nonprofit of almost $400. I will never use this company ever again! Took my sons Nintendo switch in because it would not power on. After a few days, they call to say it's ready. Get it home and it still does not power on. Took it back and after a few more days they call to say it's ready. Go to pick it up and the tech tells me it's not ready and he didn't know why I was told it was. Waited a few more days and they called again to say it's ready. It still will not power on. At this point, I'm only out $40. But I'm just not confident that if I took it in for further diagnostic, they could fix it and then I'd be out more money. They get five stars for being nice guys, but zero for the fix. read more

My less than 3 month old Samsung had a black screen. Bought it from Xfinity and took it to the Independence store. They said I hadn't signed up for their maintenance so the only thing they could do was sell me another one. Told me maybe Geek Squad could do something. GS said they couldn't but suggested I call Samsung. Samsung said that Ubeakifix is the authorized repair. Took it to them and they fixed it quickly, at no cost because it was still under warranty. I've been a customer of this location before and no longer. On 1/29 I dropped off my computer with a broken power supply. I was quoted $150 for parts and labor and it would take about 7 to 10 days. The price changed three more times after that to $163, $200, to finally $263. The time also changed from 7-10 days to almost a month later. I had to keep checking in. On 02/18 I got a call stating that the power supply came in and I should get a call from the store to come pick up my repaired computer on 2/19. No call. I finally called the store at noon and was told that the person who does repairs on computers is "going through something" and it would probably be a few more days. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that there was no manager available at the Blue Springs store. I called the ward parkway location and spoke with a helpful employee who called Blue Springs store on my behalf and confirmed that there was a manager on site from a different location. I am terribly disappointed in how unprofessionally this was handled. They had every opportunity to repair this relationship and chose not to. Watch out. Oddly, my original post is gone after I received a generic reply. read more
