My IM doc had me stopped taking the eczema drug (not seeing allergist anymore) & my Gyn doc is working with my hormones. So far my eczema and joints are stable. Am gradually able to go back working out. Greg is sensitive to my concerns and works with me. He knows his work and very good at it. I also like that he has the red therapeutic light & uses it as part of my eczema treatment. He uses different modalities besides massage & lymph therapy to help me. He did fascia release on my foot & low back. Allowing me to use my rower & do lunges again in a day. I may try use heels again soon. He is like a one stop shop for different kinds of body work one would need for your body to mechanically function. Efficient use of my time so I could go back to work. It's a process, I agree with him. Until he gets to old me back & better ME to get into maintenance mode with him. I did the cryotherapy session on the highest level for 3-minutes and 30-second. While it was intense it's absolutely bearable, the feeling afterward was well worth it. After that I experienced the compression therapy, which I highly recommend for anyone with a desk job or who sits for extended periods it felt sooo good. The spa itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, it was clean which enhanced the overall experience. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. On April 25, 2025, I had AirSculpt Tightening on…read moremy full abdomen and flanks. At my 3-month appointment, I expressed concerns because I didn't see any improvement. I was told to wait until my 6-month follow-up, which took place on October 25, 2025. During that appointment, the doctor agreed that there had been no change. Instead of discussing a revision, he discouraged it and tried to push a tummy tuck at his private practice. I later spoke with Yaritza about receiving a full refund, and she said she would need approval from her District Supervisor, Erin Petty. A week went by with no update, so I called back and was informed that I could not get a refund!! I requested Erin's email. I emailed her and several others on November 5, 2025 and I still have not received a response. I've reached out to Yaritza three times since then, and she has not replied either. This company pressures you into getting the procedure, promises results, and then completely fails to deliver. They think it's acceptable to keep your $10,000 without addressing the harm that was caused or the fact that the procedure produced no results at all. I will not rest until this issue is rectified!! I became unhappy and dissatisfied with how much Botox/dysport/xeomin I was having to purchase and how little they were lasting, so I decided to cancel my membership. I was also moving, so it was no longer a convenient location for me. When I notified VIO Medspa of my wish to cancel, they said I could not do it over the phone or online. They said I have to physically come into the office to cancel. That's obviously intentional. The harder you make it to cancel, the less likely someone will. I asked them if they could make an exception since I was moving and traveling and had no time to physically come into the office, and they said they couldn't accommodate me. Great. So, I take time off work to come over to the office during business hours to cancel. I should have asked for a physical copy of my signed termination, but they said it would be emailed to me. As you can probably guess, that never happened. They also assured me in person that I would never be charged again. Something that DID happen. I was going to call my credit card company and put a block on VIO Medspa just in case they did charge me again, but I was dumb and trusted what they told me. Forward to the following month. I wake up on a Saturday notification at 6 am from my credit card company showing that VIO Medspa had charged me another $99! I call and leave a message, which no one ever return. I call again, and the woman tells me that whoever I dealt with NEVER canceled the membership. The same membership they demanded I come in person to cancel. She then canceled it and said I'd be refunded within 7 days. Well, it's now day 10, and I've never been refunded. I called on day 7 and spoke with someone who said the manager wasn't in, so there was nothing she could do! She assured me a manager would call me, but of course she never did. I am now having to dispute this charge and put a block on this company to ensure they finally stop charging me for a membership I canceled months ago. It truly is a disgrace. When you're a member, they're so nice. When you're not, they don't give a damn. Such a bad business model. This experience ensures I'll never give them a second chance.
