The bacon was crusty, the toasted bread had a nice crunch and none of the parts overwhelmed each other. The pickle I got on the side was crisp and not overly garlicky. I washed it down with one of their peach lemonades, which was incredible. Sometimes when they are out, I will stop in just for a tea or lemonade with one of their cookies. They are so good and a perfect snack. The staff who run the truck are two sisters and their mom. They are some of the kindest, nicest, and most friendly people I have ever met. This time I went with the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries. It's my go-to order when I am here and it never lets me down. The chicken has good flavor and packs the punch of heat you'd expect from a Nashville hot chicken, and the slaw on top of it is the perfect addition to the sandwich. The sides here are all great. I really do love the fries, but the mac salad is also up there in the top choices. Service is quick here and they even have a drive up window which is cool considering it's not really fast food. All in all, this is one of my favorite chicken spots and I will definitely be back for more.
