This salon nickels and dimes their customers. They raise prices without providing advance notice and will charge you just for using your debit card (again, without any notice). On my last visit my stylist did an OK job. After coloring my hair she proclaimed that the color did not turn out how she wanted to. OK, then why am I paying you for it? And then she cut my hair all pretty much the same length, no layers. Ended up with a $300 bill for a color I did not request and a beauty school haircut. I would not return nor would i recommend this salon to others. From what I can tell, they are struggling and won't be in business much longer. read more

Brittney greeted me and did the check in process, then I got my hair service done with Taylor- she's great, especially with blonde hair. The products they use here are vegan and smell great, forgot the name of the line, though. I liked the personalized service at Layla, and my hair looks great. Their prices are a bit higher than I was expecting but there is a first-time client discount of 10%. Layla is more than a salon though, they're very involved in the community with local events, fundraisers, and charities, such as St. Baldricks.
