We've lived here for a little over a year now. When we first moved in the apartment was still in rotarion towards the new management team (Unaware of it) which made things extra slow for the beginning. Backed up pipes, loud a$$ neighbors, One moved out, the others were thankfully temporarily from the Lagoon team having some sort of deal to let temp workers stay here during the season (Will be getting to that point shortly.) Backed up pipes took like 2-3 months to be fixed, nightmare... Their on site laundry? steals coins, barely dries stuff and the washers make your stuff smell funky. I lived in Ogden, yet I've never seen as much cops since I've lived here. not as much anymore lately but it used to be at least once a day... the new team? a bit more communicative, maintance is better too. but fixing problems around the property? nope. Loud people outside of office hours? not their problem. Loud lagoon workers? not their problem. People screaming, yelling like a damn fight is going on while 'hanging out' around the property? not their problem. people hanging out, blocking traffic? not their problem either. We were never informed about the seasonal stuff, even when we complained about our next door neighbors last year being loud and disrespectful. cops were called multiple times last year, and according to old residence, years before aswell, yet the managements decided that their residence just have to deal with it, even after repeating incidents. (Laundry door wide open. broken grills which still aren't fixed. cops being called. disturbances. hell people NOT FEELING SAFE?! just caring about their pockets.) dog park? literally crap. dog poop all over. Honestly the only reason we didn't move was low funds. otherwise? we would've been out. half of the first year was a damn nightmare... and that nightmare is slowly repeating covered as a 'Oh we are doing better now, please leave positive reviews while we don't do anything!' Despite the reviews we still wanted to give this place a chance. Looked like a cute apartment community. But there are cops here every other day and management refuses to do anything about complaints. Our apartment has smelled like a number of things because everything leaks through the air vents into the bathrooms. From smelling like cigarettes to extremely strong overwhelming chemicals from them doing remodeling on other apartments with no warning. When we complain they refuse to do anything. Had to wake up my 5 month old baby to exit the apartment because it smells so strong like chemicals. Garbage has been left right outside of our door from maintenance for multiple days. This place is full of crooks, I experienced a broken main water line in my kitchen with 3 months left on my lease. Now the apartment is unhabitable dirty water coming up through my sink and dishwasher to the point of flooding. The carpet. My apartment smelt like a pond. With 3 months left on my lease I requested to break my lease due to this inconvenience of course the apartment manager refused to do so. The said we will put u in another Apartment instead. So go change my address, move all my stuff, all while maintaining my work and daily schedule. Talk about an inconvenience just for a few months of rent. It took them over 1 week just to get the work started due to them trying to find the lowest quote to fix the main pipeline under the kitchen sink. This came straight from the maintenance man's mouth. I lived here for a year and had a terrible experience. Upon moving in they said they were giving me a huge deal by discounting the deposit just to find out at move out they asses insane cleaning fees for all there residents that exceed 300$. because of this I did not get my deposit back and ended up paying a crazy amount on top of that at move out for things that are well within normal wear and tear. During the time I lived there they allow all residents to smoke right by there doors and other residents doors although they advertise as no smoking. the property is poorly maintained dog poop and trash is everywhere you look. There maintenance team was almost non existent for much of the time I lived there they would take weeks to respond to repair requests and make excuses to why they didn't have the part they needed and would have to "order it" but would never come back. We had no screens on our windows when we moved in they said they would get to it right away but took them over a month and they didn't even get real screens that fit they drilled some mesh screening material to the window frame and called it good. They will advertise move in specials and charge you crazy high utility prices per resident and added fees for things we never used. It was an awful experience. the added fees assessed at move out are not listed in the lease as mandatory but there property manager told me they asses these fees to all residents at the time of move out as mandatory. They are very dishonest and charge prices not even close to the amount it's worth. I would try your hardest to avoid this place!! read more

Shower door from looks it caked with grime and door is about to fall.. Dishwasher let's just say door handle push button is missing and the door to load soup is also won't close and the racks inside dishwasher bent and rusting away... Front door hard to lock and unlock it sticks as well. Scratch's and chips on wall Also cracked on both ac wall units bound to fall out one day. Plug outlets half don't work l. And refrigerator drawers don't even fit fridges it falls... This was most of it was reported on day one. Over time we waited for those to get fixed still not done and we've been here since July/2022 It got looked but not touched One thing got fixed and that was one tub/shower turn nob I'm waiting still on one more nob to get fixed And the day guy fixed the nob He closed my bathroom and took a pee in my house with out asking I was grossed and pissed by that cause I sat in my room and heard it and flushed and didn't even wash hands I spent 1 hour cleaning in that small shower bathroom on every inch because I felt so bothered and grossed by him using my bathroom like that rude and unprofessional..,. Basketball and pool area and fire pit beyond not nice looking This place makes us not feel at home here at all Very uncomfortable outside and inside!!! I was always told if something is too good to be true, probably is. Yes, the process is relatively cheap and easy. However it's not worth it. MAKE SURE YOU SEND ALL SERVICE REQUESTS BY EMAIL! (I've tested it over the past 12 months. Whenever you make a phone call it never gets done but if you pester them with emails enough SOME of it gets done) Whenever you have a service request, expect the maintenance personnel to be 24 to 72 hours late. I had two major emergencies over the year. One was the AC went out for several days and they took their sweet time on replacing it(not to mention the AC unit. The old one I did have to clean out and there was about 2 inches of hair/dust and crap lining the intake and radiator, it doesn't help with your filters are clean if there's destin debris behind it) . The other was over Thanksgiving week when my family was over and they took over 6-7 days to replace and get me hot water. For that instant specifically called the emergency line twice because the guy "forgot" both times I had him scheduled to come and replace it or at least look at it. After that, he never once again answered the phone. On top of that, my other service request that went unattended for the longest time and some that are still not fixed it includes. ~6 months to fill a 4" hole in my bathroom that was caused by one of the maintenance replacing a broken towel rack. ~ 4 months to get the oven repaired as one of the heating elements went out inside so it was not cooking properly. ~ Unfixed (13) months+ The dishwasher rack and liquid lid was stripped. It was one of the things that I accidentally overlooked to do to it. You wouldn't necessarily look for it when you're moving in but it left all the dishes with that nice salty crust and they never fixed it or replace the dishwasher. So if you are in apartment 572x have fun. When they did finally come in for an inspection one time the maintenance personnel. Thank you for enjoying my art and collections that I had. But I advice you not to touch my stuff (I do have cameras that you did acknowledge afterwards) When it came to other people smoking the apartment and bleeding into my own and must have called 6 times, emailed 4-5 time, and here's the kicker showed up in person every time to try and take someone from the office to come into the apartment to verify that it was not myself and that it was happening and it took a solid 3 months for them to fix it oh and no one ever showed. (Side note, it started right back up again a month before I moved out.) I don't know who to blame or who do chalk up. I tried everything to communicate and be nice. From a maintenance and management background, it's easy to chalk it up to one or the other or both. But just be aware the place is riddled with problems. It's hard to live in a place that does not acknowledge that things are broken especially in emergencies I will not be recommending. read more

Literally live anywhere else. This place will put in fake maintenance requests for you that never get filled, they overcharge for rent for what you get, and the actual apartment vs the "display apartment" they show you when you move in are 100% different in quality in the worst way. If you make the mistake of signing a lease with these guys make sure anything they tell you that's not explicitly written down, gets amended before you sign. Because if they "explain" what they mean by something in the contract, they will soon change that meaning to fit their narrative if issues arrive. Military warning: the location is great but they will try to take advantage of you and take as much money as they can due to "rescheduled surprise inspections" and "issues upon move out" for things that were already broken. It's the worst apartment I've ever lived in. Paper-thin walls and ceiling, I hear EVERY SINGLE STEP of my upstairs neighbors and their creaky floor because there is no sound insulation. I know where my neighbors are all the time - bedroom/living room/bathroom/not in the apartment, I hear their voices pretty clear when they are on the phone, I hear how they shower and use a toilet (gross!) Layton Meadows - you will "love" where you live! 1st red flag - the management didn't allow me to view the apt in person. 2nd red flag - the management refused to send me the lease agreement until 6 PM the day before my move-in! Have you ever heard about this practice? 3rd red flag - the day of my move-in they gave me a new lease version to sign which had a different ending date (one extra month), even though their website says the initial lease is 12 months, and the management confirmed it's going to be 12 months to start. Well, in fact, 13 months. Imagine yourself standing in their office with your belongings to find out they are vile liars from the very beginning! At the same time, they keep lying on the Layton Meadows website that this place is luxurious and quiet (see attached screenshots). I don't know in what third world country these living conditions are considered "luxury" because I wouldn't even pay $500 for the 1-bedroom apt while they charge $1100 + rental insurance they offer + all the utilities on top + community and maintenance fees for this so-called "luxury and quiet living". Once I visited a museum in Lithuania, which used to be a former concentration camp. There was a torture room with a metal ceiling. The tortures wore heavy boots and walked above prisoners' heads 24/7. All prisoners lost their minds after several weeks, no exceptions. You will have a chance to experience that too and check how long will it take for you to go nuts. Don't forget, this is a luxury and quiet living! I moved to this apt by myself hoping I will have a peaceful place to live, work (I work remotely), and study (online classes). I've been living here for 4.5 months and I hate this place since day one. The only one thing I regret about (besides moving here) is that I didn't turn my back and close the office door behind me after I saw the one-month extended lease. Speaking of my upstairs neighbors - the apt above me is rented by some kind of charity organization that provides a shelter for people in need, every one of them lives there for about two weeks on average, then the next one comes. Of course, none of these people go to work, they sleep half of the day, and all the action starts at night - night phone conversations on a speaker, slamming doors, running a marathon in a small apartment (I'm pretty sure people who walk in circles non-stop for 2-3 hrs in a tiny 450 sq feet apt have mental issues - and don't forget you will hear their every single step!). I forgot when I had a decent sleep because these "people in need" wake me up 3-5 times per night. I bought a white noise machine, noise-canceling protection safety ear muffs (which I wear while working from home), and different kinds of earplugs for sleep (doesn't help, my ears are soaring because of constant use and the noise is loud enough to wake me up anyway). I have to wake up early and work 8 hrs as normal people do, and my job requires a lot of concentration (I work in the IT field), and as I mentioned earlier, I also study online 20-25 hrs a week. Lack of sleep kills my productivity, I basically can't do anything while living there, even have a decent 8 hrs night's rest. "Luxury" living in Layton Meadows! All 5-stars reviews are fake, I won't believe any of them after what I experienced. This place is a piece of crap, don't even think about moving here, save your nerves! Based on my 1 year experience at the complex. Let me start with the basics. Me and my buddies moved into a 2 bedroom+ loft apartment. when we came by to look at the unit we where going to get (to see if it worked for us) they showed us a unit that had been newly refurbished in the K building. We get our lease and move into the apartment to find we where moved to the X building. in particular, we where moved into a unit with TONS of damage. the counters where torn up, the kitchen floor damaged, the toilets having a brown hard water deposit in the bottom of both, a missing MASTER BEDROOM DOOR, and the place had a bed bug problem from the previous tenants who had up and left in the middle of the night. the day we moved in, an officer came looking for them as the couple was wanted for legal trouble. Now, with the apartment in the state it is in, you would THINK they would go about repairing and fixing the issues we had as new tennants. So, on the day we moved in, we filled out a form stating what was missing, what was damaged, and what needed to be repaired. the end result, NOTHING was fixed. we waited 4 months for them to put a door on the master bedroom after coming in ever 1-2 weeks asking WHERE it is. this alone was pretty unacceptable. when the bed bug problem got to its worst, we asked if they could do anything. they told us WE had to pay for the extermination. and the lease states that any infestations from BEFORE or AFTER the tenant moves in are to be at the expense of the CURRENT tenant! the issue persisted until May 2018 (I moved in July 2017). then came the real kicker. for the last 6 months of my residency, BOTH of our AC units had broken down. We begged and pleaded to have it fixed. they NEVER did it. through the entire hot summer, our apartment was INHOSPITABLE. then, as our final month of the lease came up, they gave us a copy of the move out agreement to sign. we returned it the day they gave it to us as to be prompt. we where then notified we had to stay untill the end of september (the lease ended in august) because the document was not filed timely. We all had to put a hold on our moving arrangements due to this as we couldnt afford rent from 2 places! then, as if all of this was not bad enough, we get a bill on the 2nd of october. $1,508.50 in damages, cleaning, and replacement of the carpet, paint, and kitchen floor with the claim that this needed to be done because we damaged it (despite the evidence it was there before we moved in). Simply put, if they dont provide evidence in arbitration, we will be taking them to a small claims court. so the long and short of it, we will NEVER rent here again and we dont suggest you do either. they bully you out of money and they dont even keep with the basic principals a landlord should uphold too. read more

When my lease was up they added 300$ onto my bill every month, so I was paying $1500 without utilities for a small two bedroom apartment with 1980s appliances, SUPER outdated everything. The only new appliance was the fridge. On top of that my neighbors apartment flooded a total 5 times, and the first 3 times I called maintenance and they said it should be fine as long as it dries out, but it just bubbled up the walls in the bathroom, and I'm absolutely sure it was coming out of my pocket, because they added a lot of little extras in the final bill. I ended up paying an extra 1000 just for that. So if you wanna be swindled out of your money and live in some low income housing this is definitely the place for you. read more

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF RENTING HERE. There have been countless hidden fees I've been charged and this is my third day with no response from maintenance when we have NO HOT WATER. We've got a dishwasher that is broken and has filled up with disgusting water that smells like vomit, broken washer and dryer hook ups that their response to was "you could always use the laundry room until we get time to fix it it's COIN OPERATED." So basically you won't fix the in unit laundry I pay for because you want me to pay more to use the community laundry? No. They only have one way they will accept rent it's called Domuso portal and it can reject your payment and charge you 315$ A DAY! With no explanation as to WHY my payment was rejected because I had Much more than rent in my account so it obviously wasn't insufficient so what else is there? The no hot water issue has by far been the worst tho. Also the pictures they post online are all MUCH nicer than the shitty little apartments in person I feel like I was catfished after having signed the lease online because I had to move from out of state. I hate it here. And I signed a one year lease don't be like me. The walls are paper thin and my neighbors are horrible. Noise and maintenance complaints are ignored. Unfortunately, this is the only apartment complex he could find in this area that was within the UTAH HOUSING AUTHORITY'S price guidelines, (which is an entirely different problem, but absolutely disgraceful!) I would give this complex negative stars if I could. I am so disgusted with these apartments and the lack of accountability by the staff. They lie and do not care if you live in the previous tenants' filth. Or in a state of squalor and misery. Considering the staff are aware of the conditions that are allowed here. I don't know how any of them can sleep at night! I am quite sure they wouldn't live here. The A/C doesn't work, other than the wall unit in the one back bedroom. The apartment WAS NOT CLEANED AT ALL! Every inch, including the carpet, is filthy and a health hazard! URINE on the walls in the bathroom. MOLD and WATER DAMAGE on the bathroom ceiling. The door frames are falling off. The front door does not stay shut without locking the deadbolt. Who knows what bacteria was left behind on the carpeting? I could go on and on regarding the horrendous conditions. The grounds are disgusting as well. No upkeep at all! Garbage is everywhere, no lawn, and it smells of urine. My Dad was allowed to view the apartment only a couple of days prior to his move-in date. When he pointed out the issues, Matty and Aliyah (ASSISTANT MANAGER) told him everything would be taken care of. The day before my Dad was to move in I went over and spoke with Aliyah in person about the issues and was assured that all had been taken care of. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!! NO A/C & NO CLEANING HAD BEEN DONE!! My Dad had no choice but to move in. ONCE AGAIN! We contacted ALIYAH, and she came over to the apartment. I pointed out ALL the issues. ALIYAH, once again, reassured my Dad and me that everything would be taken care of that day or the next, and he wouldn't have to clean when he moved out. Another bald-faced lie!! As of day 3 of my Dad living there, nothing has been addressed and he was asked by ALIYAH, "why would you sign a legally binding contract if you didn't like the apartment"!!?? Really?? What kind of mentality is that?? They have been paid in full, yet no action to address the repairs or cleaning. Nor, have they given my Dad a response or shown any concern as to what he is being subjected to. This has been traumatizing for him and his Emotional Support Animal. She has been sick and lethargic since the move. Cleaning and repairs should be protocol prior to a new tenant moving in. You shouldn't have to constantly call and ask for this to be done AFTER moving in! THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED!! This place should be condemned!! NOBODY should have to live in a slum of disgusting filth, especially when the complex is receiving a large sum of money upfront and the monthly rent is $1,200 for a 1 bedroom. *UPDATE - As of today, a week since my Dad moved in. The A/C has not been repaired, and he had to hire someone to clean his apartment. NO RESPONSE FROM LAYTON MEADOWS!! They could care less about the TERRIBLE CONDITIONS people are living in. *** Another topic that deserves to be mentioned is that APARTMENT 586T should not be occupied, but be memorialized in honor of ETHAN STACY. My girlfriend and I only lived here for 1 year, and in that time our swamp cooler got turned into a bird's nest, our toilet flooded, a fire broke out, we got harassed by crackheads that roam the grounds at night, had to constantly spray for bugs even on the 3rd floor and so much more. Do not fall for their 'tour' as they take you to a model apartment that has never been lived in that has completely different appliances and carpet/flooring. Every time I called maintenance to have them fix basic problems like the pilot light turning off (because of the decades old appliances) they would give me the run around hoping I would just go away. I had to BEG to get someone to clean our swamp cooler out in the summer because it was jam packed full of bird nests and debris that looked like had been there for years. Even after moving out and leaving the apartment in the same condition they gave it to us in, they still charged us for cleaning fees and kept our deposits. These people are slumlords, plain and simple. To add insult to injury, the owner gives poorly written copy/pasted responses to all negative reviews. Rent is over priced. They refuse to fix anything, and are still full of drugs. I haven't lived here since may 2011, but moved in october 2010. I was in 594G I had to break me lease to leave. Britney, chris, and gem refused to fix anything, so stop or help stop any of the party's going on. I was shown a loft and that is what I wanted, but didn't get, but was charged for one. Also I don't drive, and got charged for a parking a spot, that I said I didn't need. And someone kept using. Tried to report it, but they refused to do anything about. Management seems interested in helping but it still takes 2 months 4 phone calls and an in person visit to get the pest control guy who supposedly comes every two weeks to visit my apartment. Maintenance responds Very quickly, sometimes. Other times you have to badger management for days or weeks to get them to come fix something. Their idea of fixing something seems to be cutting corners to tide you over through the lease. Floor drain in the laundry room backing up? "Oh ok I'll stick a plug in it" this worked out well until it came loose and backed up into the living room and kitchen. Used laundry water smells great wen it soaks into carpet, which Layton Meadows management didn't think needed to be cleaned. This place is a trap. I'm not even going to dive into the near constant police presence or the "security" people who prowl the property in the evening. There are better places for people to choose to live in this area. Still weren't out and who knows what damage there was in the unit which would have taken at least another week. Just wasn't working for me. Asked for my money back was told by Marisa I should cause of the circumstances. Came back next day to be told very rudely by the other girl that they had been turning people away for apartment I had held. And that no I couldn't get my money back. Staff here is super friendly, you can always shop around for better deals but I chose this one because the property managers (Marissa in particular) were always going above and beyond to help me. It's called Layton ghettos for a reason. Terrible price for a small unclean apartment. Maintenance is terrible and they don't fix anything. There's no central air or heat. They over charge you for things when you move out. Most the people in the office are dumb as rocks. 10/10 will never go back. Would rather live in my car. Also, there was a baby thrown into one of the dumpsters and many of the residents are avid drug users. Just earlier this year some meth heads almost burned one of the buildings down. "renovated apartment" my butt, it's literally white washed, they just came in here painted everything white and did a terrible job and everything is falling apart and leaking and nobody cares to fix anything. yellow stains everywhere. so many hidden fines and sneaky bs to get more money out of you. i'm begging you do not move here. people always screaming and yelling in the parking lot and police busts everywhere. it does not feel safe or secure here. i would rate 0 stars if possible. read more

Moving here was the worst idea ever. Just had maintenance up to check the very old and out of date air conditioner, got told that they just spent a bunch of money fixing someone else's ac, so there was no money left to fix anyone else's. Live on the top floor with vaulted ceilings, near impossible to heat or cool this place down. Closet doors have been off track for months, have water leaking under the sink due to a broken disposal, which is causing water to build up between the floor and vinyl flooring. Can't even tell how many time cops have been here. Every weekend at least and a couple of times a night. I work graveyards so it is understandable the maintenance can't get in when they want, but I've also had them walk in while I was sleeping. Oh and the 2 bedroom with a loft is NOT spacious at all, we have only two recliners, nothing else will fit. Only have one drawer in the kitchen, but it won't open because it hits the refrigerator. Out neighbor who moved in the same month we did pays $200 less than we do. Oh and the cockroaches are horrible. Plus the grass in my court yard is dead. could go on and on but I won't. Just make sure you study everything very carefully before you sign a lease, ask a lot of questions. I wish I had read more

Craig that works in the office is a nice guy and helped us get a two bedroom loft we really wanted. The maintenance side is horrible though and they take for-ev-err to do any repairs or requests for your place. Our outside concrete stairs are crumbling and they have done nothing to prevent others from breaking and is a major safety issue. I've all but given up on calling to get anything fixed. Corporate needs to audit this place or get more on the ball. Would never refer anyone to live here. read more

This is based on my experience visiting Conveniently located in the city. Walking distance from the Mall, a Super Walmart, and shopping centers. The lot is under going an upgrade leaving the original leasing office temporary closed. They are left of the original leasing office in a 2 bedroom apartment. They have signs displaying which direction to go. If you are unable to go up a short staircase make sure you prepare or call ahead. When I entered the office it was well lit and clean. The staff was occupied but greeted my husband and myself. I wasn't sure if we could walk around and look at the 2 bedroom but I decided to take a look. The appliances were new. I could tell the floor had been remodeled recently, it looked brand new. I was greeted by a staff member and we were able to go over details. This led to a walk through. I viewed their 2 bedroom with a loft. It was beautifully designed. I love the fancy spiral staircase! It was a little scary going down the staircase but I know that is something anyone could easily get used to. The rooms had high ceilings which really opened up the place. The apartment looked spacious and the price for move in was great. The staff made the visit that much more pleasant. They were informative and both had great personalities. If looking for a place I would check availability. Also convenient for military looking for a place off base close to work. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Here are just some of the things I ran into in the past year: -We had the water turned off FOUR TIMES because of the construction. All within a few months of each other and of course at the worst possible time of day. -There was one month we got our rent charged twice and they made US go in through the system they use to fix it. They didn't offer to pay the overdraft fee for our bank account. -We signed a 12 month contract but they are making us pay for 13 months. We are going to be paying for an apartment we aren't even living in. Apparently it was in the fine print- but we were told it was a 12 month lease. NOT 13. Real cheap. -There has been a man going around flashing women in this apartment complex. Want to know how I found out? Hint: not Layton Meadows! I finally saw it in the news and was horrified that it had just happened a third time within the past couple weeks. Layton Meadows staff did absolutely nothing to warn or prevent these acts. No email or notice going around warning tenants about what happened, no extra security, no additional lighting. Nothing. -My husband had his motorcycle stolen from here. We found it in another part of the parking lot with all the wires snipped. When I called LM, no one answered. I called 5 times and finally had to go down to the main office just to find all of them sitting around talking. When I told them what happened, they said they would look into it and that they're "sure the person whose car it was by didn't damage or move it." When I called to file a police report, the first thing the officer asked me was, "Is there any reason the staff/management might be upset with you?" Really makes you realize why the maintenance crew would always walk up to the nice motorcycle and poke and prod but then run away when we went outside. -Bottom line, just don't move here. Don't be fooled by the "low prices" - I'm now renting a HOUSE in the same area for less money. Don't put yourself, or your kids, into a place that is constantly surrounded by cops and has needles in the grass. It's overpriced, dark, and the few light poles they have don't even work. I would get this place has zero but it does not give that option. My daughter and I went to check it out this was her first moved away from home. The apartment they showed us was real nice pretty sweet and pristine. The apartment she got was nasty filthy and disgusting. We complained and we were told it would be cleaned after a month of living out of boxes we just finally said forget it and move forward. Lots of fights lots of police calls a very very dangerous place to live would not recommend it to anyone. Plus after my daughter moved out she was being still charged by the gas company after she had moved out. Being her first time moving out I make sure that I was there with her when she called to cancel it. Are we needed from the manager called Tori. I asked her that we needed a letter saying that my daughter moved out and the new tenant moved in two weeks later she refused to give me that information said it was privacy of the new person I could understand privacy all I need to say is that someone moved in two weeks later she got very testy with me and very very rude. I'm 58 years old been involved in property management and M a property investor myself if my manager acted this way toward a customer and was as rude as she was and God knows I wish I had a recording I would have fired my manager right there on the spot. And I hope the owners see this review because this reflects on them and I know workers stick together so I don't expect anything to happen. Which also says a lot about the owners please please please please do not do not move in this place they lied to us they deceived us and it's a very dangerous place I wouldn't even let my or even recommend might military son to even live there read more
