Great selection, rarely do they not have a brand or size im looking for. Humidor is kept clean and organized. This is my go to retail store in the area. I prefer this over the one in EG. Downsides are: I really wish they'd update their air filtration and lounge. The best shops I've visited in the country allow you to go buy some sticks without "having" to stink like smoke. Is what it is though, I get it. They also allow cigarette smoking. Nothing worse than trying to enjoy premium tobacco with people ripping darts. Pricing is on the high end. Cool place, nice selection. However, a woman who I believe was the owner was extremely rude, accusatory, and confrontational after I took a pic of a brand I wanted to try later. Accused me of "price shopping" or being a competitor. Didn't see any signs that wasn't allowed nor told there was a sign, nor have I ever been treated that way going to cigar shops for a decade. Probably my husband's favorite tobacco shop, there are lots of varieties of loose tobacco and pipes to peruse, the lounge is small but cozy, and the staff is SO nice. The walk in humidor has a definite mildew smell when you first walk in - I'm suffering from it today. That being said, prices are fair and selection is pretty good. read more

Believe me I am a fan of Edleez. To me their product is a lot more fresh than Habana's, but they lack the selection (although it is probably close). I also love that they support other local businesses, and churches. My one beef is this: whenever I go into Habana looking for a particular cigar, and they don't have it, I find it difficult for them to give me a selection that's similar. Many times the young guy who works the counter has called in the older gentleman who runs the store, and he has been helpful, but doesn't seem to know too much about the blending process. I do give these guys credit for their general knowledge of tobacco however. 4 stars is fair, I want to give 3 based on service, but their selection and pricing for a smaller ship is outstanding, plus their sidewalk sale deals on Saturday are great. read more

This is a cool place to shop if you like to be made fun of. I had never been there before and asked if they sold AVO cigars. They said yes and I asked where they were? Amazing selection of fine cigars. The prices are actually mainstream. Here are the problems with the shop: 1.) The staff is not helpful 2.) The old guy with the Santa beard smoking the pipe looks at you as if you're a criminal. 3.) The smoking lounge is rather uncomfortable and small. One employee is great and very knowledgable, always helping us out with trying new things. However the owner is quite possibly the biggest jerk I've ever met in my life. The selection is mediocre and the prices are a little higher than average. I went in today looking for a cheaper cigar for a small celebration and the owner grunted at me when I asked a question. Have Been shopping here for about 3 years. I bought a humidor from these folks that i have loved. Recently however i was having issues keeping the humidity where it needed to be so i asked if they could take a look for me. Not only did they take a look at it they replaced the defective part for me at no cost( it was the hygrometer). Down right rude. I am an avid cigar smoker and have shopped here many times. Every time I buy cigars here I receive the same rude service. No greeting, minimal help, and the staff consistently seems unhappy that I am in the store spending money. All of the cigars are overpriced and I am constantly reminded by whoever is checking me out that the store has many cameras to prevent theft.... as if I would steal something. For the same cigars at more reasonable prices and staff that is happy to help you go to Habana on Central Ave, that is where I will be from now on. read more
