On the departure day, the driver parked in front of our house on the street not the driveway, he NEVER notified us of his arrival, consequently making us late to the airport! He simply sat outside in the street! It was not until my son called out the door that he walked up! Additionally, my husband was on crutches and we all just scrambled with our luggage down the driveway rushing. Now, Muhammad who picked us up on the way back was amazing! Here is the problem! I called to book a $700 plus service to EWR (I said well this was one bad experience so let's try again). I begin to explain to Patrick my negative experience. He's response "did you tell the driver to drive up the driveway?""that's what I would have done" REALLY!!!! Not once he said, I'm sorry this happened to you, this is not the process when picking up clients, No empathy or I give a darn for you the client, NOTHING! He had the audacity to ask me twice! So it's my fault that your driver didn't notify us of his arrival, it's my fault that the driver didn't come up my driveway, I guess It's my fault we were late because we didn't tell the driver sooner as paying customers, it's also my fault that service was not to par and you don't really care. Patrick said he'll have the manager call me, it's been a week!!!! So, That's basically my fault that I chose Lazer Limo!!! I'm using another Limo company for my travels and I'm not referring my friends, business associates etc, to Lazer Limo you've lost a customer and potentially more and it's ALL YOUR FAULT!!

The ride was smooth and comfortable because of both the quality of the vehicle and the driver, Samir. The best part of this trip to Penn Medicine was Samir. Both my wife and myself cannot extend enough praise to do this man justice. He was prompt, professionally dressed, and personable. Most importantly, he was extremely attentive to our mobility issues. He provided patient and skilled assistance getting into and out of the vehicle. The step into a suburban is very high and I would not have been able to get in the vehicle without his kind assistance. To further praise his help, let me tell you what he did when he came to pick us up at the medical center. He parked on the street next to a generous curb so as to provide an additional step to allow greater ease on entering the vehicle. The driver was 15 minutes late picking up my mom - no notification - which made her frantic with anxiety and I had to stop her from driving herself. Pluses were that he was apparently a good driver and they made it in time but still: unnecessary agita in terms of booking and the lack of communication about being delayed.
