I'm a guy who was brought up to be extremely low maintenance, so for the longest time I just ignored the obnoxious back hair that was starting to get thicker and thicker. I have to admit that I was a bit nervous walking into Lazer Lounge since I had never done ANYTHING like it, and didn't know what to expect. First of all, I was in and out in 30 minutes. I felt absolutely no discomfort over my entire back area. It was such a quick and easy process with them, that I feel dumb for not doing this years ago. And to top it off, the staff is super easy-going (in the right ways) and friendly. They took care of me instantly, made sure I was comfortable with everything, and that the procedure wasn't going to cause me discomfort in any way, and were just plain old good people. I scheduled for a microdermabrasion and botox and got them so conveniently and fast. Angie did my microdermabrasion, she was very comforting and relaxing during the whole facial. Rita, who is a Registered Nurse and board certified on injections, did my botox. It was my first time getting it done and she explained everything and made this whole experience comfortable. Prices were very reasonable and the place was very clean and bright. Parking is not a problem either. I cannot wait to come back in a few months and maybe get fillers done. read more

I love Lazer lounge! I've been lasering with them for about a year and a half now. It feels so good not having to shave for long periods of time. Sure it hurts but it's VERY quick. I'm usually in and out of there in less than 10 mins. I don't live in town, and I have other closer laser places around me, but I'm happy to make the drive here. You always here stories about people getting burnt or their Botox being botched but everything came out so amazing! Aside from doing a super good job it's also very affordable. I have to say that this is so far the best lazer place. I have gone to many different places and none can be compared with lazerlounge. The stuff is amazing, very clean and nice. Most important you dont wait 30-49 mins like other places, maximum 5 mins. The NP jasmine explained the procedure in detail and took her time to listen to me and not rushed like other places. Super friendly staff except for one girl who scolded me about rescheduling my appointment. It was a few hours before, but I had just found out that someone I work very very closely with had Covid-19. So i felt it was best to reschedule than to risk exposure. I called and said this, told her I would rather wait until I get tested. She then said "we'll have to charge you for your same day cancellation " I told her I wasn't canceling, I was rescheduling to keep her staff safe!! And mind you I had gone there for over 7 treatments already without EVER canceling!! I was shocked that someone in a "cosmetic" business would be so ignorant. Haven't gone back because after she agreed to MAKE AN EXCEPTION I've never been contacted for my appointment...so I'm assuming she used my last treatment as credit for my canceling? Sad because I was in love with this place!! Told all my friends about it and wanted to do so many other treatments this year. Guess I'll be investing in AT HOME lazer treatments. read more
